Im curious about Electric secondary. im wondering if people have tips regarding using it, also if the damage aura is worth taking? Or if its more of an IO mule? Does anyone enjoy using it? I'm personally sick of EM and needed a change, and this looked like aviable option... any tips would be great.

I’m making a Fire/Dark, and I seen allot of great builds for Fire/Dark, but all of them are for Capped Ranged Defense builds. I’m curious if any of those number crunching/ mids using people can show me a build that's based on great recovery. Unfortunately I’m on a Mac and can’t use mids, but I’m curious if anyone has a build like this so I can go long fights (as this toon will be duoing allot on high diffs)

Red side I could Bring a Brute(SS/SD), and for blue side I could bring a Defender (Rad/Sonic)
Im on Mountain time, so normally I can make it to anything, since its EST scheduled.

I feel like an idiot for asking this, but i see Kat/Regen threads all the time for soloing av's even DM/SR. I know most poeple can solo av's with the right IO sets, but it Claws/Regen a viable choice for AV soloing? Without the -Acc from Dark+defence of SR... and also Divine avalanche from Katana must make a big difference.... Without the extra +def move... could a Claw/Regen solo AV's? Say... even con?

Oh... and by "Scapper rules" No temps/pets/insp's?

We have the minimum to start at this point, I'll be on at 9PM est to startr this up. All hell, maybe we can do another after this is done. Again, anyone is welcome to join.

I loved Axe alot actually, but the one thing I vowed not to ever make with an ice tank is a secondary with a weapon. The redraw after popping EA every 30 sec for +def and +end I'm not a fan of having to pull out a mace/axe/db (Cant think of another). Just gets frustrating.

Hey everyone,

I've been a longtime tank player and love bruting also. I currently have 2 lvl 50 ice tanks Ice/Axe and Ice/DM and a couple other 50 tanks.... im conremplating making my first IO'd out Ice tank though, and am looking for somthing to pair up with Ice again because I love it so much. I was thinking SS would be great, but also juggling the idea of using Stone.... would anyone be able to give me any personal experiences that would sway me in either direction?

Side note, when I IO out a toon, i generally want to use them for everything, so even Master Runs STF's ect. I know some people say that Ice tanks cant do those things, but I have the badge's to prove it.

I've been looking around the boards for this combo and there’s a lot of different ways to go, im looking for a poor mans build, as I just moved to a new server and am limited on cash for awhile. I am on a Mac, and can’t use Mids unfortunately, because I see there are some good builds out there, I just can’t look at them. I’m looking for anything with soft capped Def+ recharge (hasten needed or not?) Also thinking about grant cover... Not sure if I need it, even though I do team a lot. I want somthing that can do at least 2+ lvl's, so im assuming acc is important.

I might move some toons, I dont think people know me too well on Pinn server but my global is @King. I've been toying with the idea of moving to a bigger server, not because the population here is bad, in fact I love teaming with people here, but more for pure volume and selection of things to take part in/ or skip. Justice was actually my home server for the first couple years of the game for me, and we ended up moving here to pinn because some friends started up an SG.

Im still on the fence about this for sure.... so reading threads like this end up pulling my heartstring's both ways.
