  1. Does the recharge effect how fast VS uses powers, or how fast I can resummon him. Since he is out for a minute, and only has a minute recharge time, then that wouldn't help.

  3. What is the general consensus for voltaic sentinel? I only have 1 enhancement I can throw in there. Either thinking a purple pet dmg 53% or a lvl 50 end IO for -end.

  5. So, I think someone needs to start a new thread to get an idea of how many people are actually interested. Something where we post our globals and possible pvp toons we can bring. Also, I liked the idea of having a global PRIVATE channel for this. The only people that join are the ones who post here with their globals.

I am running low on blue side (who woulda thought, already spent 1 billion on PositronBot) and I need another 1 billion or so (purples are expeeeensive). If not 1 billion I can take smaller amounts from different people, but overall I would like 1 bil total for blue side. I would give 1 billion 50 million back on red side.

  10. I've taken one attack before, and respec out of it as soon as I could. The power pools are much better of an option if you want to pick up another power. Assault, Hurdle, combat jump.

    Ya, aim is awesome!! Get it. The tough line isn't really needed for a blaster, you could probably get more use out of Aid self than tough. Lightning field = crap, as you pointed out. Lightning clap can be fun, but not very useful and can really piss off tanks/scrappers, everyone.
  12. This is pretty much my current build. The empty slots are filled with pvp enhancements. But you can still do very good with regular IO enhancements. Also, as I was leveling I was using brilliant leadership for my pets instead of Blood mandate.

    That is true. Not sure about flooring tohit debuff, but it does have much great debuffs.
  14. Ya, most definitely! Do you want a pve build? Also, solo or team build, or kind of an all around good pve build? Also, will you want be using IO sets while you level up, or just plain IO enhancements.

  16. While writing dialog and descriptions for my missions everything is fine. But as soon as I go to my next step, Mission goal (What ally to free, boss to kill) i seem to lag REALLY bad. When I first made this mission, I didn't have any problems, but going back to it to edit it, it lags really bad. Any clues?

    *edit*, it seems to lag only when I click on the Mission goal of Ally: (insert name here). When I adjust my boss I kill or my defeat all enemies everything is fine.

    *edit again*. I found the problem. In case anyone else has this...my ally was doing an animation on the far right, I click for him to "stop animation" and all lag subsided...

    Oh, definitely!! I'm sorry, anyone here can challenge me anytime, just send a tell to @PositronBot and i'll do everything I can to make it to test, wife willing, of course! I would love to duel another MM. Problem with pvp on one server, is I don't really know how GOOD the MM i duel on justice really are. :S I could be dueling very bad players (no offense to anyone, if I dueled you already on justice ) Its hard to tell, when im limited to justice arena, so to speak.

    Well, i'm definitely not excited about it, I was just comparing that to ice/ . But you're right, SC does only -10end and -100% rec for 10sec, while TC does -100% rec for 8s. Slotting either for end mod doesnt do anything to the duration of -recovery, does it?

    Any good MM slots for pet recharge and scatters their pets to keep them out of AoE. Pain pets actually have a huge advantage since they can hit through debuffs a lot better thanks to WoP. Most MMs can't even kill a pain in BG, and a good pain has a minion resummon every 30 seconds-ish which is way faster than you can kill them without dropping BG. Any smart MM that sees his pets going down faster than he is is going to go into partial BG and make you pay grievously.

    How do you scatter your pets? That is something I would definitely like to do. True, a MM can resummon pets pretty fast, but you just have to know when the right time is, to turn and attack the MM. If you spend the entire match fighting pets against pets, hoping you kill enough pets to make his BG mode useless, then you will most definitely end in stalemate or a loss. There's a synergy between BG mode and attack my target agressive mode that you have to master.
  21. Looks like 33% chance for about 100 negative dmg. Going to slot this in one of my /elec melee powers for my blaster. Anyone have good success with this?
