Help my Nrg/Elc blapper pick a power

I've got a 24 blaster that needs a power and I'm not sure which powers to take.

Currently, he's got the following:

Energy Blast: Power Blast, Power Surge, Energy Torrent

Electricity Manipulation: Electric Fence, Charged Brawl, Havoc Punch, Build Up

Pool Powers: Air Superiority, Flight, Hasten, Swift, Health, Stamina

Currently entertaining:

Kick and (later) Tough from the Fighting Pool--Because as a blapper I could stand to have some damage resistance (even if it's not a lot).

Power Bolt--Because I'd have another ranged attack. Problem is, I already have more powers than I can slot to my liking.

Lighting Field--Initially thought this would be great for a blapper, but I've played with it and I have come to dislike the Endurance drain and the trifling damage (essentially, it's another slot sink).

Lightning Clap--Be nice to knock foes off their pins so I can mitigate their melee damage while I'm bopping them, but I've never heard anyone say anything good about LC.

Any thoughts? Any options I'm neglecting?

Ya, aim is awesome!! Get it. The tough line isn't really needed for a blaster, you could probably get more use out of Aid self than tough. Lightning field = crap, as you pointed out. Lightning clap can be fun, but not very useful and can really piss off tanks/scrappers, everyone.

Aim? I assume it's for the damage boost, since extra accuracy is genreally unnecessary? The description describes the damage boost as being modest, but the stats say +65%. Guess that's worthwhile.

Oh wow yea, you are missing out big time not having aim, extra accuracy is always good, maybe not so much WITH build up but then again yes, it's really for the damage.

If you open with something like Build up-->Explosive-->Torrent... add in aim before, and you'll absolutely hit everything you shoot and will likely make the difference between all the minions getting hurt, and all the minions dying.

50% more damage is nothing to laugh at when 150% makes it possible to take a spawn to it's bosses in the alpha.

You'll have more love for weave. Damage resistance means you get hit. Many many of those hits will be carrying a hold, sleep, stun, fear, knockback, immobilize, endurance drain, slow, accuracy debuff, damage debuff, recharge debuff, recovery debuff, and maybe 3-4 of those at 1 time. And, the mezzes will toggle off tough, which means it's not working anymore, so you'll have to retoggle it again after it recharges, until then you're taking full damage.

Weave means you get missed more. Which is better. For a blaster.

Thanks for the advice, guys.

Say, I've been away from the game for a good while. I can't recall all the stuff about building binds and macros. Anyone know how I can assign both Build Up and Aim buffs to one key?
