I do not believe they did.I will bet it will be months before it is tho.

With stones low defense to psi damage and half the blasters in the zone using psi you might want to re-think that.Unless you try to make up for the low defense with IOs.There is a reason people say WP or Fire.

No,I was referring to the "drop toggles, AS, re-toggle" strategy.
It is my humble opinion it would not work that well in pvp.
