I built a Dwarfshade, focusing on heavy dwarf, but picking the main powers from the human build that I needed.

Stygian Circle, for instance. If you're going Dwarf for any reason, this power is a must. Just having two corpses nearby, and a macro to drop form and pop SC, keeps you alive and in the blue.

Using your pet, grabbing hasten, eclipse, your rez. All of these powers are really worth it on the purple side of the Kheldian world.


On the PB side of the world, you have three self-heals with Dwarf form. Two direct heals, and one heal +max HP (Dull Pain style) that keep you alive with little issue.

Your human powers are utilitarian if used right. Pick those specific powers you need for utility and survivability first, then pick the powers you want to throw sets in. With sets, you will come out on top.

I sorta want a longbow mastermind out of this. Hrm.

My SG hates cysts. Not because they're going to wipe, but because it changes the pacing of the mission. Usually our missions can be broken down to; Lots of controlled mobs, lots more damage, FS just hit, someone nuke while I pull.

We hate Cysts because it then changes it to; HOLY BALLS HEAL HEAL HEAL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING [censored] WE JUST LOST CC REZ HIM REZ HIM GOGOGO. All the while, our powers are pinned because of the nictus slow.

Needless to say, most of us have a Kheldian, and our dislike of the chaos never stops us from Combat Jumping into them head-first with our toggles off just for fun.

Always invite the Epic AT's. They have far too many useful powers. I've had PB's act as backup healer and save my butt too many times, and WS put out some serious damage once you have a few scrappers on the team.

I've been still playing at that time nearly every double xp weekend and the server has never gone down at midnight, I've continued to enjoy double xp until 3 or 4 am EST when I finally log off....

3am Eastern is Midnight Pacific. Sometimes it goes a little longer. Last two times I've played these weekends it was about 4am Eastern

The save/load costume feature. By far the most time consuming part of my day, and being able to store my work has really made costuming new heroes/villains less of a chore.

Outside of Rikti invasion event weeks, Rikti invasions are triggered in one random hero or villain zone following completion of a LGTF.

It seems as though the zombie invasions are also able to be triggered outside the Halloween event. We've been doing some experimenting on Justice and it looks as though this is triggered by turning in a set of the costume salvage to get a new costume slot (Annah for heroes, Granny Beldam for villains).
