I may have gave out some bad invoice or two, but i am trying my best to help people out. I also always wanted to be friendly and well like. I never name called or Started a fight and curse people off on the freaking Forum, So why am i being Neg Rep then, because someone don't like what I am saying, so they Neg Rep me or are they just doing it for fun. I mean i had like two green Bars under my Avatar and lost that in one week it went to red. I lost all by Good Rep, now kind of feeling like no one want me around these day on the Forums. Why do i want good Rep, well i wanted to be like and trying hard to get Some freaking good rep, but some jerks comes along and Neg Rep me and boom it's goes alway. I been trying to get my rep lvl back up to what it use to be but people keep Attacking me with bad rep. I mean What the deal with rep, i mean why is it bugging me that i am getting Neg Rep, I think Sometime it's pointless to post anything, if someone don't like what you say, you get Neg Rep. I think Neg Reping someone should only be use if someone is being rude, a jerk and just mean, that how i feel right now. Well these Days i am getting kind of Scared to even post anything on forums or write on it. I kind wish there wasn't a rep System on the forum, I mean you don't Unlockable Items or Money or anything for having the most rep, So can Someone tell me why we have it then, what the reason for having it. If you get red rep does that make you the Forum Villain the Enemy of All on the Forum, I just might give up on Getting Good Rep and turn off rep again, Because you no what this rep System they have up is a joke, What do you folks think of it.
what ive learned from that is to never ever give any kind of advise to anybody on any boards, i go to.
on the sto and co boards they dont have this kind of rep thing. why because it can and does go to griefing. everyone should be on even level even keel. everyone should be treated equally. not because of some poorily desined rep system or post count.
i do give advise still in game, but only ingame. -
is there a way to up the pets defence and resist? ive tried but i dont know if its working

i know this might go against what others say, but id love to play asa lb/ppd at. motr the better.
, plus they could use only nat, sci, or tech themed powers. i think theyll be cool to play.

I have a Katana/Willlpower scrapper, yes. And I have a Broadsword/Shield scrapper, yes. Both are at level 50 and both have soloed AVs, Rikti Pylons, and so on. Both can solo at +4x8. And neither was powerleveled at all, but both were leveled to 50 by running normal content with normal SO enhancements.
I have played 5 scrappers to level 50 in this way, and each of them used a different primary and a different secondary. So yes, I know what I am talking about.

but the point is we are both right and both wrong. so to say i dont know what im saying is presuptius. to say when someone wrong with nothing to back up on what the other person says. im not saying your wrong you have merit ill give you that. but to say i have none is wrong. i play on freedom. true i go play abit differntily then others.
but my point holds on both the kat/wp and spine. becuase i do know what im saying. wheither or not you agree with it. -

Taking it at 49 means you can put, at most, 4 slots in it. Plus you're missing out on a lot of AoE damage throughout your career, which makes you level more slowly and makes you less valuable on teams.
As far as why any scrapper "needs" Barb Swipe because they're "way to squishie," I just have to facepalm. It's a dreadfully slow animation that does very little damage. It is literally the worst attack in all the scrapper primaries. It will not make you less squishy. It will only cause you to waste time killing mobs that you could kill much faster with Ripper, Lunge, Throw Spines and Impale. -

This is some of the worst advice you could possibly take. Spine Burst is a staple AoE power; together with Throw Spines and Quills it's what makes Spines a good set.

And that really doesn't confirm anything more than we already knew; they have the copyright on the CoH2 name and the tech and forum side of it. Wether anything is actually going to come of it is a whole different ball-game.
And it sure as heck ain't going to be soon, either, even if there is. -
while kat/wp is great they do start off slowily. but near end game kat can come close to the damage output of the broadsword itself.
but i would recommend spine/wp like kat this type ends up being a beast in both pve/p. but it does have a 1 problem it starts off squishy. much more for a scrapper. -
i wouldnt mind having ice melee/ice armor. id also like to see nrg melee.

i would hold off getting spine burst till level 49 and get barb swipe at 2. it might do little damage but it has a fast recharge and adds to your toxic damage output. id also get rid of comabt jumping. its not needed. because you have indom will.
the spine/wp scrapper starts off very squishy but it becomes a force to be dealt with. -

i wanted to say thank you to the devs or whoever let me play this weekend. i was able to move some of my characters to my alt servers. and i was able to play a few missions. a suprise came when i wanted to play instead of banging my head on my table.
the break is going very well. and when gr goes live ill be able to comeback. see yall when it hits live or if they have a reactivation weekend for i17.
so thank you again. and soon the war in the alpha sector will let me comeback. but once again i must go fight in the space war.

i wanted to say goodbye. its been a great 4 years here. but ive gotten to burnt out on this game.
ive made many friends and allies in this game. its been great to teamup with everyone i have. the good and bad players. my most memberable experence was being teamed up with positron on test fight the rikti.
also the arcitact where i was able to make my "end of the world" epic arcs. (not a shamless plug.)
but every so offen even a phoenix must rest for awile. fought the good fight for 4+years. have 14 50's. but 1 thing to remeber about the lore of the phoenix. it always will comeback... And so will i. when its time to go rouge phoenix will be Back !!!!

if gr is as great as it is hyped up i might comeback when it launches live. sometimes even a phoenix must rest once.
btw anyone know when it goes live? -
so this blaster improvement isnt a nerf? im kinda confused. please can someone clear it up for me. like the fire blaster, are they losing the fire damage over time?
