Ratz I will remind you that you, who have played this game longer then i have, didn't know there was a tailor in pocket D. By your argument you should, so have some patience and be polite and educate them. Also I have seen you on controllers and defenders lvl'd through content and you had trouble with playing them well, so even vets can't play some of their toons. It's doom for anyone who actually expects my tank to be a tank or for me to ever keep up and not get lost, just sayin.

Overall rather than complain help them and be patient.

You can't afk farm it, well not really, arena match is 30 min so you have to reset it every half hour, unless they changed that (i've been gone a few months). The only other thing to point out, if this was the first time you tried farming it, is the the toons need to be close in lvl to each other (within 3 lvl's?). I was doing 50 vs 50 before.

Thanks for the WB sorry I didn't comment sooner but I am not really visiting the boards except to pick up pm's, I may skip on doing that now though as well.

I have filled for people alot and actually wound up making alot of friends that way and getting invited into the missions. Also it is common for tf's and the only reason they elaborate more for that is because you actually need to be inzone for that one.

The tf is spawning extra badies for them even though they arn't there to help. Also some people "DC" and then come back for the last mish or 2 (by some amazing coincedence).

I have stated what happened before the pulled the title to get me to stop posting instead i resigned. This will be my last post here as tomorrow morning my account is dead.

PERC is player run with very limited support from the devs and no i was not removed from there. I resigned.

Also i didn't say he couldn't post, you said you couldn't see Iggy's point i pointed out how it may seem to others. Also I didn't say he couldn't post on the Justice forums I said it may have been a poor JUDGEMENT call to post in this thread. However as Pum pointed out i didn't see the positive aspects of him posting here provided he actually read anything else in the thread.

Also I am continuing my behind the scenes fight so if you think I have not tried to contact people you are wrong I have just decided to move higher up the food chain than the dev's.

Also about expectations funny how it's ok to have them for me, see I had my PERC title removed since I spoke out in a position contrary to theirs and I am not an employee yet I was told it was because they expected different of me. I guess it's silly of me to have expectations of a company leader.

I think BaBs has a right to post about something that meanders around, even holding himself to a higher standard. However, this is exactly the point that I was making that even being unable to comment on the issue at hand is a ludicrous method of dealing with issues.

If BaBs were to even make a comment saying, "Hey, I can't comment on this until an official statement has come out," that'd be cool, but I'm pretty certain that a bunker mentality has made the head honchos decree that no one can comment on this until they have, and even acknowledging it is tantamount to treason.

It's like the proverbial elephant in the room. And actually I'm glad that BaBs has posted in this thread. However light-hearted his comment is, it actually highlights the gravitas of the situation at hand and how inane the current course of inaction has been regarding this situation.

We all know that many people follow the red name postings. To have one post in here simply gives this issue more traction versus slipping it under the rug.

This is a serious issue to some maybe not all, but you should see that it matters a great deal to a few of us and at least respect that. He is a developer he needs to hold himself to a different standard than us.

It looks to some people that 'oh look a Dev read the thread and doesn't give a [censored] other to crack a joke'. Regardless of what his job title is he carries a red name and with that an impression. With all due respect TJ, am going to reply as it pertains to me as I am one of the "whine and moan r's" regardless of it was directed to me or not I fall in that category. Personally I look at it as stating my opinion and when others have countered I have never called them "Dev brown nosers" so i don't appreciate being called a whiner. See the respect thing works both ways I can generalize anyone with an opposite opinion as that as easily as you generalized my opinions as whining.

Do I think it applies to you? No I don't I actually like and respect you enough to tell you generalizing posting about how you feel (your opinion) as whining is rude and insulting.

That said I personally think it's great that you and so many others have gotten to meet the Dev team I have always wanted to go to hero con myself. Again i will make my reply to your statements based on me as that is the only person I can speak for. Do I think it was Posi or a Dev who "ordered" the bannings I don't know and I never claimed to, but here is the thing his name will always be attached to it and rightfully so. The second he made the post announcing the punishments he attached himself to it. It could have just have easily been made by the nameless Administrator and thus have no personal attachment to the action. Instead not only does it have a name but one of someone who holds a position of leadership and power. So when people site him they are right to do so. Honestly it really doesn't matter who did it who made the mistake (yes they are human i don't think they did it on purpose) what matters is that it was done. There would be no shame in admitting that and most likely they would have been lauded for their honesty and responsibility. Instead they compounded one mistake with another of silence and silencing.

Again you have generalized people's actions without knowing steps they have taken. Perhaps if [censored] on the forums was all i did maybe it may be considered whining, but you have no idea steps i have taken behind the scenes. I have tried to open communications via the moderators and the devs (to no avail) and i have begun to go further than that. I love this game enough to try to fight to make it better and not have it hurt by this. Please don't insult me without considering that maybe we both have valid points.

Welcome to CoH I only skimed over the others post but looks like they put a great amount of starter material here. The fact that you came onto the forums is a great first step as you will almost always get any help you ask for. The only thing I would add is after you choose a server come back here and post it so you can be advised on what the active global channels are. They are great for finding teams and tf's and meeting friends in the game.

Also want to note some servers are "know" for things like Freedom (called freedumb sometimes) is known for being the most populated server, Virture for being the Role Playing server, Justice for being a community oriented one that has alot of powergamers, Pinicle is the drunk server etc.

This game has some great people in it I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

If you wind up on Justice (my server), which happens to be the best in my biased opinion , be sure to introduce yourself on the Justice boards and you will get a very warm welcome.

(as a note to those who have seen some of my posts I happen to love this game and that is why I have been so damn vocal about the recent stuff)

What rules there were none given by Posi........ just a you will know it when you see it. Yet everyones vision on this varies. There were no rules set if there were then i would agree with you. Untill then this is all simply your opinion that they are "breaking the rules" by saying they are using the MA for something the devs didn't design it for is not equal to breaking the rules. Perhaps you should ask for rules to be set, then people wouldn't have these debates.

Oh if it was indeed "breaking the rules" i would agree that you shouldn't have to adjust your game play to avoid that. So really a set of defined rules would solve this.
