I have the Droid and I love it. I got that one because it had the keypad, I am a bad typist so my typos are horrendous on those on screen keypads.
To those that hate smart phones... of course that is your opinion but not everyone has access to their computer 24/7. I have a very long commute to work 2 hours each way. I download tv shows i don't have time to watch them on the train/bus and enjoy my commute and they look great on that screen. Once I am at work I a have no access to my personal mail or an IM programs I also am not able to make any unauthorized downloads. So my smart phone once again keeps me connected with friends and family while i am at work. When I went to Chicago and realized at the car rental agency that my CC I use for rentals had expired 2 days previous my blackberry with google maps and transit connection was a life saver. It told me what time the buses came and where to walk to get them. It wound up being so easy that if I went back I probably wouldn't bother with a rental anyway. The data plan I look at as a way to not send some people to the poor house if they didn't require it and it was an pay as you use I could see people racking up thousands and not realizing it. So while agree many don't need a smart phone there are some of us that it has become a way to not be isolated when away from the computer for most of the day, still a luxurary but a useful one. -

Going Rogue has totaly revived not only the game but PVP. We have nothing to fear! PVP is well on the rebound and the ladder is going to be a smashing success.
Not to mention, now that GR is out, the fine developers of this exemplary game will (I am sure) commit their entire resources to fine tuning PVP to make it even better than it has ever been. A true marriage of i12 and i13 PVP is on the way.
All we have to do is sit back and enjoy the inevitable and current "awesome" that is known as COX PVP. -

Ok first to reply to the part of your post I bolded, posts with suggestions for the devs go in the suggestions section, navigating the forums is hard... Posts in this section are for the PvP population to discuss so no you where wrong and everyone replying is right.
Second, your surprised by other PvP'rs negative reactions when you insult them? Pro tip don't insult half of a forum sections active posters by telling hem they aren't real PvP'rs...Also um before you post all your knowledge of the test match/ladder you might want to actually go there and learn the facts first. Not anyone can get on a pimp'd out blaster and be king, if you don't believe me come watch me play mine.
Third, Sanctioned? Non Sanctioned? wth are you talking about the PvPEC is a PLAYER run committee, all they are doing by having their name attached to you ladder is maybe providing some swag. So if you don't want to abide by their policies and keep it to who you deem fit (though this is elitist and prejudice) to be in your ladder then do it and don't worry about the swag. I am not sure what power you think the PvPEC hold to say their event is a sanctioned one and an other player's isn't but you would be dead wrong, they get NC support by abiding to their rules but it's still players (who volunteer their game time) running it not NC Soft. RE swag any player can PM Ocho and ask for some prizes for a player run event gold titles w/e, it may not get granted but they are very supportive of in game events.
Lastly to some of the new blood and elitist comments there are a few of us in the ladder that came from the D6 teams from the league, and there are a few that where mainly zone PvP'rs so I would beg to differ on the subject. Anyone can start a team and join. -
They can get accidentally locked i know of 2 such cases, possibly from too many log in attempts i do not know why. There could have been a hacker attempt or the account could have gotten hacked.
Regardless of why only CS can help him though, and it does take time. But as I said just because it was locked doesn't mean something was done wrong and it was perma banned. -

I was talking to one of the people that did it on Justice (also in 18 min). They originally tried it without the temp powers (nukes, shiv's, and heavies) but could not over come Aspect's regen, and they had debuffers on the team. They had to go get nukes and shives to complete it.
Anyway I would be interested in running it with you or Turg.
Also the 3 team leaders need to be in the same SG. -
Its in rather an odd spot there is a white manual in there its in one of the middleish pages. Mine opened to it accidently otherwise you would have to page through.

Seriously though - no, I can't. And in one specific case, I really don't even know who the heck the other couple semi-active people in that SG actually are - its been a bit like sharing an apartment with strangers for a couple years.
Almost all my friends left the game long, long ago (in a galaxy named "Pre-PVP & ED") round about I5-ish...
A few "holdouts" split not long before CoV/I6, (Specifically - back before they announced that there would only be 1 subscription fee for Both CoH & CoV - for along time it was presumed it would cost $30 a month to play both), With 1 or 2 staying sub'ed but inactive until about I7/I8.
I haven't been able to get them to leave their other games to come back... (Well, not for more than 2 weeks worth of reactivation via free key codes I had stashed away.)
This is just one of several things that the Devs seem perfectly content to leave as is = a major PITA - to people with only one account!
Of course, with 2 accounts - you can get around this and all kinds of similar headaches!Sorry, but relying on a semi-stranger's kindness (to get alts into SGs/VGs) and whatnot - simply isn't an acceptable solution IMO.
And now with GR (that I've bought), all the Booster packs (that I've bought), and the almost 6 years of Vet Rewards on my account = Trying to justify a second account subscription - just to avoid all these hassles & headaches that quietly nag at me when playing - is becoming a growing disincentive to play.
I'm paid up for something like the next 2 years, I'm not leaving... I just expected they would've addressed/fixed all this (*ahem*) stuff by now!
Oh, And FWIW - the free transfers don't seem to be working properly yet - according to various threads around here...

You seem to have missed the Tuesday part today is Monday so that might be your problem. Also it's unlimited transfers.

I will be moving stuff to a few servers to clear spaces on freedom and justice for new slots. Also moving some kins from virtue to justice some how I moved all kins off Justice and wound up with 3 kins on virtue. -

I think most people are just joking a bit cause it reads funny. Most likely not ment that way at all and as you said might be another women looking for friends or just a male player looking for a friend. The way it's worded sounds like a date ad so thus gets a good ribbing. To me the way it's worded it sounds like a male which is a good majority of this population so a safer bet. Personally I just think it's silly teasing and see nothing wrong with asking to play with a female, I mean we do rock so who wouldn't want to play with us.
Heck if it where on Justice or Freedom I would be perfectly happy to team with whoever. I do have Virtue toons but just havn't gotten a chance to revisit my first server again BTW Hai first home
