And have you gone back to Best Buy to discuss this with them?
it had the pretty disk (DVD), great shortcut guide for commands and such, an information book, combination map, and no code...
it did have a $5 coupon code for razor though...

Its in rather an odd spot there is a white manual in there its in one of the middleish pages. Mine opened to it accidently otherwise you would have to page through.

Did you look in the booklets inside the case? My serieal # was inside the 'Quick Reference Guide.'
