B) the combo doesnt matter as much as the skill level of the player. pretty much any defender combo can rock anything.

working my TA/ice fendur up now and I just had a few questions about OSA. First, does aim/pbu effect its damage? and second is there a bind/macro i can write to auto target the oil slick pet the power summons for easy targeting? im very bad at that sort of thing. kthnx!

this is now, ultimo, the third time(?) you've created a thread talking about "problems" fendurs have and this again is the third(?) time everyone on the forums has told you you're full of it. if you dont like them, dont make one? stfu and gtfo.
and for the record anyone will say ff/ isnt the ideal set for soloing. it certainly can but its much harder. assuming you build for solo. and you dont suck at the set/AT which from your past posts....:/ -

Yes. definitely switch out snow storm for frostwork. frostwork is a PoS power that is the easiest power to skip in the entire set. why? see turbo's cold guide.

its really hard to give advice on which power to take wihtout knowing what you have/haven't already taken because then we could work with the build and probably get both into it.

Edit: Paragon Wiki article "Limits" has the known caps to various things such as Recharge (how I original came across the article), Damage Resistance, Defense etc. etc..
Edit#2: Bit of a tangent but related note. My Cold/Ice in Mids with Aim, Tactics, and PBU toggled on is showing an Accuracy in Infrigidate of 509.4%. Not quite sure how Mids figures that number but I can say he's pounded on a MoG'd PvE +5 and +6 Paragon Protectors as if the poor fellows had no defense at all. -

i PvP with a psi/dev. I only ended up taking 4 powers from the set, nade, trops CD and targeting drone. everything else is fairly useless in RV. trops only use is that it de-hides stalkers. To be honest it really doesnt do bad but the lack of damage from the secondary and more importantly the lack of build up really shows. If for no other reason i would say /em for build up, TF, and boost range. they complement psi/ in RV very well.
