Psy/em or psy/dev for pvp
Psi/EM. Boost Range > everything.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
My vote's on EM, too. The +perception is nice, the webnades are nice…but you will have 0 time to plant mines or caltrops as a Blaster in RV (and even if you do, good luck coaxing a baddy into your well-laid trap). Range Boost is a big winner…the range of a snipe without all that wind-up and interrupt time.
I’m not saying /Devices can’t be successful, it will just require more fine-tuning and tactics. /EM will satisfy practically “out of the box”.
i PvP with a psi/dev. I only ended up taking 4 powers from the set, nade, trops CD and targeting drone. everything else is fairly useless in RV. trops only use is that it de-hides stalkers. To be honest it really doesnt do bad but the lack of damage from the secondary and more importantly the lack of build up really shows. If for no other reason i would say /em for build up, TF, and boost range. they complement psi/ in RV very well.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

well playing on freedumb you can have a crappy, less respectable over crouded pvp experience due to freedumbs large amount of crappy players(not to say all are but the bad out wieght the good) see: brewha

I'm aware this is a public forum, but it seems common sense to try to address what the OP is asking for, as in the title of the thread.
You felt as if Freedom pvp upsets you so much, that you had to comment. Or, You wanted me to know that it doesnt matter what blaster I decide on, as the pvp in Freedom is subpar?
Great public service announcement. I currently have a 46 inch Samsung tv. Please reply in this thread in the future if there are any recalls or issues I will have.
Go EM and great choice on the TV!
Samsung=/EM of Televisions!
I am PL in RL.

Oh and when my fiance saw what I payed for the Samsung recently (it was led too), its like she got hit with Energy Transfer, pre activation nerf. Aka she never saw that high of a price coming.
Havent pvp'ed in months and have never tried out Psy but hear it does well in pvp.
So, Between these 2 combo's what would be best. Or Im assuming they both have tradeoffs and advantages.
/em for the KB since powerboost apparently does do much except help aidself (if you take it). And of course, Total Focus. But not sure if the long animation is bad
And /dev for perception (with perception io), stealth (stack it with the stealth io), and laying bombs and caltrops, or spamming webnade. Wasnt sure if the lack of a second build up would hurt me in the long run.
This will be for action in RV.
Edit: Well after some checking out on Mid's, I noticed that maybe /mm shouldnt be counted out either. Didnt realize it had a 16mag or so kb. Not sure if Drain psyche is decent in pvp, or if psychic shockwave is any good on a blaster.
