No. Nothing in the game increases the mag of mez. power build up/power boost simply increases the duration of whatever the mez is.Quote:Originally Posted by Clebstein

it was like that the first time i did the piggs folder transfer last night. went to sleep with 15 hours woke up and it said 30. so I redownloaded and did it again but now its only at 12. Did i put the files in the wrong place or something?

7. Double-Click City Of Heroes and let the updater verify files and patch. It will take very little time.

I followed the above(not sure if these are the right instructions) and it gave me an assertion failure. Im sure im doing something wrong -
so i got it to work. now would anyone know how to cut down on download time? :P
someone told me that you can copy the folders over to the test and it cuts down drastically although that was on PC. anyone know how or try this on mac? -
personal view: defebcer builds are phail but whatever
i'd drop stealth for Combat jumping with 2 botz and LotG stuff if you want still. makes traveling easier especially in battle.
I'd also 4 slot stamina with 4 perf shifters(proc included) and slot AB for regen with maybe one slot for recov for nukes and such.
more slots in hasten, and use some Lotg procs. get more rech out of it. and SLOT FORT FOR DEFENSE. -

Just wondering if anyone knows how to get on the test server for a mac er download it rather. I downloaded the .dmg and the program opens but after afew second it says its not responding. anyone help me out?

So im having a little trouble downloading the test server. I downloaded the .dmg file copied it over into the applications folder but whenever i open it from there nothing pops up and the icon in the dock says its not responding. anyone help me out?

doesnt matter if it is a solo build. you could still come up with something better than this. speaking of, since it's a solo build, A) why the hell did you take the ice shields or veng then? and B) why didnt you go into force baster for power build up and total focus to atleast have a useful power to put heca's in. again I say....REALLY?!? if you have the 10 Billion inf to waste on this...just dont.

Suckerpunch's build isnt nearly as good, as im sure you all know. the most i use it for is power selection. but for numbers and actually working out slotting, its pretty useless.

Your power choice is horrible, if you can actually afford half the crap in this build its not worth making because it would play so bad (glad proc alone is 4 bill so good luck with that one) surely you can come up with something better than this piece of crap. I mean you slotted brawl with purples...really...I mean...REALLY?!? -
One of my first toons was a joke toon of the PC guy in the mac commercials hence the name but I had a conversion as soon as the game came out for macs
