Just if traps were looked at, or any newer made enhancement sets are worth while.

Hi, ninja/traps planning on coming back. I left during the archetic issue, so I am unsure as to the changes that has happened to masterminds, ie.. improved powerset, change looks of pets , ect. Also with the new expansion, I can change alignment to hero? And do the incarnate enhancements effect pets? Thanks ahead for any info.

Positron and castle need to look at history and see what happens to MMOs that chage core combat systems midstream. They always suffer more player loss than gain, and the intended result of thier changes are seldom realized.

Well i was there for the NGE at SWG and this is absolutely nothin like that, hehe. Almost offends me to hear someone compare the two. I do like the PvP changes its the lack of story arcs and the general large story of the game not goin forward taht i dont like. Like there was suppose to be at least 1 zone enhancement in i13 i had thought and pretty sure it was mentioned a few times, but nothin. I13 then 114 and now i15 is suppose to blow us away with things we cant even imagine, im just waitin.

Same here. At least here the devs are attempting to balance things instead of dumping entire skill sets. Besides these pvp changes are leading to fixes in base raids and cathedral of pain(no its not a rumor, they did say as much). So there is definitely a bright future so far. If PvP becomes popular by the masses, maybe with these secret identities villains could infiltrate paragon city and vice versa. But right now the direction and baby steps they are taking isn't a rushed thing. I would like to see the other "comic book" MMO handle these issues.
I for one am excited about i14, I like the idea of creating an "live action" comic book in your fingertips. Plus the new merits system will be great in hopefully lowering the economy in the game to give some people a chance to get some sets. -
As far as the sewer network idea , there is an underground chunnel i guess in grandville that not many people travel to, I think there needs to be more mission involving that.
I agree that there needs to be something similar to perez park on villains side. The only thing that comes close is the sharkhead miner's strike. The thing I agree the most is that there needs to be more SF, but then again with Architect coming up soon. It's possible if we the players come out with great content, it could be used to for an SF and considered canon. Though an extension of this, I think those few that make it that far need one of their toons become that contact. But thats just me =P -
Surprised you don't want to put a little knock back on that kick to replace the knockback from buckshot?

It will be intersting to see how MM would work with the new i13 changes. Especially when movement suppression happens. but that all depends on Mez protection i guess.

What issue will it be placed. I would be satisfied with playing a hero AT if a lvl 50 villains would count. -
I like it! you get my star of approval. Its almost satyric, but overall it true half the time. I can say the gank squad loves me, sometimes just some very good duo, no they aren't teamed, but they enjoy each others company.

It looks like the only Zone that might fill up is RV with all the 50's that are coming out fo the wood works. Since after 50 there is nothing left except (infamy,inlfuence), xp, and prestige. And the rep i guess, but i haven't seen any real use for it, unless at a certain rep you could cash in for a Hamidon enhancement.

Meh TP foe has to be the only real [censored] i think in the MM armor. Bodyguard allows me to set my traps up for debuffing h-e-l-l for other players. While MM can normally solo a while at lower lvl's in pvp, they need to be teamed at higher lvls. Though honestly i haven't tried pvp at higher lvl's yet with the exception of warburg (where a stalker showed me who's boss) which was b4 bodguard. I however use it constantly on my PvE relentless missions. Maybe this only benefits the melee MM. I don't know about range. But i enjoy it use in PvE, especially with the ambushes that target the MM only. Before i was dying constantly. Now when a surprise comes my way, its a nice safe guard.
But i'll probally post again after doin RV once i hit maybe 47or 48. Want to get my patron powers some slots so i can immob better.(yes I'm taking the PPP for -shield,immob AoE, and Hold) which will probally happen once my vacation kicks in. -
I'm not liking I'm the only one facing problems with his missions =(

Except there is a problem with a couple missions. The first one after a few disconnects let me in to finisht he mission. However for the "Defeat Serafina" mission there are several problem. Not only can you not get in at times, but once in. There is this spot in the mission where you disconnect, like a forbidden zone. They need change the map either to just close that section off or something.

hate ro ruin people's want for hard numbers, but I'm having the same problem. I was able to get in. died cause i wasn't watching my health. and now i can't get in. What gives?! How about i just use Scirocco sword and pry the door open and keep it open, just to shake things up alittle and not crash. -
Naw thats someone not putting thier pets away when they ferry after sweeping.

I don't mind the AV or EB alot. The only thing i mind is the repetitiveness of using the same Hero/AV. I hate seeing Inferno, and Aurora too much, show me some heroes from freedom phanlanx. The only story arc(on villains side) that has a wide variety of heroes is Crimoson, the hero hunter. Come on now, I want to see more of the big boys, and feel good about being a villain.

Currently as the games stands now, if your teamed(as most MM do) Your pets will leave you if a teamate gets attacked. So if you die in a mish , get rezzed, the minute you summon your minions, they will leave you automatically to join the fight.Why you asked? Cause the AI is still borked.
And so when pets are in Follow/def, they defend the entire team. I can see a bug where the pets take all the damage from everyone when the pets are within supremacy, thus killing them faster as well as possible the MM since in body guard mode, if a pet takes damage, Posi didn't say, does the MM still take some damage.
Everyone can talk about oooh how powerful MM are with this power, when all they have to do is attack one of their teamates to get the MM by themselves and kill. Anyone else see this problem. If the AI isn't fixed before or during I7 then bodyguard will be still bugged up power when it hits I7.
Don't get me wrong, itll be useful on the PVE side with ambushes and what not, but unless ur playing solo alot, its not a fun power to really have.
In short the AI will still need to be overhauled so MM don't have to always have Passive/follow when someone snipes or pulls enemy npc. I hope someone could address the potential problems this power can have, I'm glad they decided to give MM something for free, but its like giving a little boy a dress, sure its free but does he really want to wear it.
