Would Love Rikti and other Baddie type stuff, been wanting to make a 'Rikti' Char but nothing that looks remotely close to rikti armor means no rikti char.

I'm a very forgetful person but i seem to remember there was a need thing added to MMs to let use give Inspirations by command and not have to drag and drop.
1.What is that command...(If there is one.)
2.The Build up Proc for +ToHit if slotted in Enforcers(there leadership toggle) will they have a chance to get the Build up every so often?(i know of the 10Sec Rule of Toggle with Proc's)
This may not be to MMs but to /Dark
3.The Touch of the Nictus Enhans like the Heal/HP/Regen/Rech one (and other like that), can someone tell me more about why it has that HP/Regen in most of them. -
Actually, Bill Gates is a Automaton thus a Nemesis Plot to get us hooked on PCs so we never go out to be socail and to weaken us by traping us within our bodys to Die infront of a PC OS.
Girl's are not a Nemesis Plot. -

I kinda want to get into PvP but it seems i have no idea about Zone PvP enough to live or kill. 1v1 I'm not to bad(in the Ring) and i would like to make 2 or 3 PvP Based toons(Hero Villain and soon[TM] GR).
Pro's and Con's:
-For each AT(all24)
-Power's
-Which Zone they do 'best'

I think it depends on what your fighting, Postional like Nin SR can doged (just about) any thing.
While Elemental is bond to have a Hole or 2(Toxic/Psi) but other then that not that big, my Ice tank(40%Def atm all but Psi/Toxic) dose Nicely but any then Toxic(Hydras) takes him down fast.
so it boils down to what you know for sure you might be fighting the most, building a TFer? a Farmer? etc, thats all it boils down to AND what you like/fun for you.

I'll give this a try, Be Warned I'm not really good at slotting.but i have a Rad/Kin(Corr) and E3(Blast) so i know Rad/ and /Ele to some what.
Last thing, since rad/kin has a few melee/close(Inrad. N Bomb) so this build is half melee and half range.

/bind {Key} "cce # CC{EmoteName}"
Replacing {Key} for the name of a key, and {EmoteName} with the name of the costume change emote you want to use. #(0-4) 0 is Slot 1, 4 is your 5th(Halloween salavge)
Let me put one i use for one of my Char's.
/bind Add "em none$$cce 3 CCSalute" the keys i use for Costumes are the Keypads / * - +
