I do agree that a 300 watt PSU in a a bit anemic for higher end video cards. For example, an ATI 5770 has minimum PSU requirement of 450 Watts. I was unable to find specifics about your system's power supply, but unless Dell's power supplies do not conform to a standard form factor I see no reason why you couldn't buy a quality higher wattage power supply and install it yourself.

Follow this link and see if any of the info helps you. If not then read the "How to Post" section in that thread and post your HijackThis and COH Helper info here.

The GTX 260's minimum specs call for a 500 watt power supply with 36 amps on the +12V rails. I doubt the stock Dell power supply is up to snuff, but I don't have the specs handy so I can't prove it.

They are using "they" as a gender neutral personal pronoun. While not strictly proper grammar this is very much found in common usage. I prefer to use "they" or "one" over "he/she" or "he or she." I would lose the comma too, but the comma isn't doing anything wrong so you could just leave it.

You should update your video drivers. You can find the newest ones here. Also, see the "Before You Post, Common Solutions" thread for instructions on driver cleaing and installation.

Well, yeah. The AE buildings usually have lots of people in them so your card has to work harder than usual to render all that stuff and starts to overheat. Try going to the AE building in Brickstown. That one is almost always empty.
