I would personally take Subdue over Mental Blast. They're now identical except Subdue has an immobolize.
-
If you can only choose one, I would pick Super Speed. Then you can add a stealth proc in Super Speed or sprint, it should provide enough stealth for most PvE content. Although, Stealth makes for a good LotG mule.
-
I like them better, vBulletin is pretty much used on all the other forums I visit so I'm already used to it.
-
I usually use imageshack.

184% recharge is more than enough to perma sleep all of the Freedom Phalanx without needing Power Boost. I've done it with only around 150% without perma hasten with my Mind/Fire. My guess is you caught Statesman using Unstoppable, BaBs using Unyielding and Citadel using Entropy Shield which gives them all some sort of sleep protection.
Before sleeping them I always wait for Statesmans Unstoppable to drop for obvious reasons and never had a problem with keeping them all slept. -
I personally wouldn't skip either, but it's depends on your playstyle.

Clear mind obi, but yeah, manti first and numina last
[/ QUOTE ]
I thought it was Clear Mind at first, but according to Paragon Wiki, Numina doesn't have CM. Her Fort apparently gives some mez protection which I discovered using the Power Analyzer mklll while soloing the LRSF. -
Never had a problem doing it like that. Usually I take Statesman out second to last and Numina last. I've had Numina ruin a MoLRSF because she gave Fort to someone after she woke up.
-
The only one who can still hit me from below the platform is Manticore, so that's why I always take him out first.
-
Nothing has changed, the rule of 5 has been in place since IO's were introduced.
-
If I had to choose between the 2, I would take Mesmerize. Although, I have both on my Mind Dom.
-
I'd aim to get a little more than 70% recharge because chances are Domination will drop a lot. Why don't you post your build, it would be easier to help out.

Couldnt you burn a few respecs (free, vet, patron, paid-for) and strip all your expensive enhancements out so you can make something else permadom? That's what I'd do.

I'm in the process of it, still need to get more respecs to finish unslotting. Before i15 I had no respecs available because I went through so many build changes, then I burned the freespec on the new build.
So, I put what I could in my Mind/Fire, which was already Permadom, but missing some sets. -
Overall, I think the Dom changes are good. My Mind/Fire does more damage than it did before and I didn't have to change my playstyle, other than changing my attack chain from Dominate + Blaze + Dominate + Blaze to Dominate + Blaze + Dominate + Fire Blast.
With that said, I have stopped playing my Fire/Psi Permadom since the changes. I changed the build and adjusted my playstyle, but I just don't find it fun to play anymore. My AoE damage pales in comparison to before while my ST damage pretty much stayed the same.
And no, I'm not butthurt because my farmer got nerfed (I also have a purpled SS/Fire). -
If you're looking to being able to sleep then roll a Mind/anything Permadom. Seriously, you do NOT need Power Boost. I've completed masters many times when I just had enough recharge to Permadom. Sure Power Boost makes the duration last longer, but if you miss any of the FP just hit them with Mesmerize.
I play with Kahlan a lot, and whenever we do a masters run we alternate between his Mind/Psi and my Mind/Fire. Also, I found the guide he wrote.

Yea our team was overkill on the defense. In addition to the 3 Widows/Forts, we had a Cold and a Bubbler.
Also, since I was the one "tanking" on my Fort I made sure I had Frostworks kept on me and the strange thing is it showed my HP went up to 2103.1. I'm not sure if it was just a display bug since isn't the VEAT HP cap the same as Blasters? -
Just completed one earlier without a Brute and we had 2 people that never did a LRSF before. My awesome kiting skills came into affect while fighting Statseman!
Brutless MoLRSF -
I had this issue except now with using a hold(Dominate). This is in the first mission of the LRSF. I clearly have Agent Crimson held through the PToD, but he was still able to attack.
Here is a screenshot of Crimson "dodging" an attack when he is clearly held. A second after he attacked me. That's how he got all the way to the side.

I just have to ask it, why? Just what the hell do you plan to do with that character after getting to 50 in such a short time and skipping over 90% of the game's content?
[/ QUOTE ]
Well this isn't really an issue now because they can still do pretty much all the content they missed via orobouros. -

Seems like several players have done this with Confuse. I'll be attempting it with a Stalker. *EDIT* and an arsenal of Nuclear weapons.

I'm curious if you've made any progress on this, Smurphy?
I started this again last night with my Mind/Fire. Only had time to do the first mission. Here's some screenshots

I slotted mine for recharge, recovery and HP. Even with Consume, you'll be hurting for end sometimes.

If you think AE Farms are bad now, just imagine the explosion of AE Farms from DXP and the plethora of people taking new alts to 50 via AE DXP farmage
[/ QUOTE ]
Mostly everybody is going to be farming anyway, AE or regular missions, so I don't see what's the big deal.
Though imagining the xp you would've been able to get if they had double xp when AE was first introduced is scary. -
I don't get why everyone is against double xp for AE, not everybody uses it to farm.
