We had a great turnout for TT last night! We ran at least four teams, a missions team in PI, a DfB/DiB Team, an ITF team and a Moonfire TF. Thanks much to all team leaders and to all the folks who showed up the event! Also a special thanks the DJ Dirty who tracked the event on RadioParagon and kept the music going through the event!
We'll see you all back on Justice next month on the 10th!

Thanks Hyper and Ace for getting back to me on this, just to make sure I understand what the requirements are (and so anyone interested can join (provided we have enough for multiple teams)), for the DA missions arc/s anyone who has run the intro mission (no level min(?)) can participate on a DA missions team, and anyone over level 15 (VIP only(?)) can participate in the "Drowning in Blood" Trial, correct?
Kanga, don't you know Wednesdays are for appointments? -
I haven't had a lot of time to look into the DA stuff yet, so I'll ask the question for all vet TTers who've taken the time to explore the new content, are there any pre-reqs needed to run the DA Trial or to be part of a DA mission team?

TT on Justice this week! We can go for some DA action or perhaps run the DIB Trial, along with all the other fun and mayhem we usually have.
Also I had a chance to talk with the folks at RadioParagon a player run CoH radio station (http://www.radioparagon.com/index.ph...-tankertuesday). They put up a nice little article about us, so check it out and while you're there have a listen. Also a member or two of the RadioParagom may be joining us on TTJ (several have already joined TankHQ), so give them a warm welcome TT style and we'll see you all on Tuesday! -
Tanker Tuesday time again! TTJ will be on the 13th and we'll be looking to do an all Tanker DA Trial, along with the usual mayhem that TT brings.

For Radiation melee, I was thinking of something of a non weapon nature, aka fire/energ/electric etc, perhaps have it look somewhat like fire, but act like energy melee, your fists glow with radiant energy and perhaps leave a slight wake through the air as you pummel someone with them
I was also thinking of the combo system employed for Dual Blades. I've yet to see that used anywhere else (unless street justice did, i never bought it), why not take advantage of a mechanic thats already in game?
Only this time, the combos can create secondary effects more to theme. eg, 3 certain attacks grants -regen to target, another 3 grant -dam or -resistance. Numbers of course befitting something that is balanced. This way we could choose a combo effect that would be the most useful to the current situation. This would give us a set that would be unique, useful and definetly not something simply recoloured
Anyway, that was just my random thought for the day.

A quick "my 2 infs worth"
FA 4 slot with either Reactive Armor (for Def) or Titanim Coating for +HPs)
Healing Flames should be a 5-6 slotter, 5 with Doctored Wounds or 5-6 if you frankenslot (depending on rechange, amount of healing you want and if you're looking for more HPs)
Shadow Maul, put one more slot and 6 slot Oblitz
SJ, you can put a Blessing of the Zepher +4 KB in there and save a KB slot elsewhere if you want.
Consume, I'd try to get another slot in there and would slot for acc\recharge\(damage), not sure you need End Mods in a mob of goons (unless you want more HPs then go with Efficacy Adaptor).
Blazing Aura, either 6 slot with Multistrike or Frankenslot for 5 looking for End Rdx (40% or better)\acc\damage.
Plasma Shield, same as FA
Add Temp Protection, helps with cold/slows, and also give a "free slot" for your +3% Def Unique
Siphon Life, I slotted mine for damage, looks like you're going for more HPs so that works.
Burn 6 slot with Oblitz or 5 Frakenslotted looking to max Recharge\Damage (95%+ in both)
Tough, same as the other Armors
Taunt, four slot with Mocking Beratements
Hasten, is fine as-is
Fiery Embrace, is fine as-is
Soul Drain, I'd 6 slot with Oblitz or 5-6 Frankenslot it looking for acc\rech\damage\end
Weave, would be better 4 slotted with LotG
Combat Jumping, Take earlier, could put another Blessing of the Zepher +4 KB proctection, would need another slot, or reduce what you've got there, perhaps look at Gift of the Acients for 2 slots (added Recovery)
Dark Comsuption, I don't use, but look for Acc and Recharge if you're going to take it.
Midnight Grasp, basic slotting is fine, I'd try to add one or two more slots for more Acc\Dam or acc\dam\rech
Gloom is fine
Soul Tentacles is fine
Lose Spring Attack or reduce it to 1-2 slots
Lose Stealth, you're a Tank!
Stamina, 3 to 4 slot (depending on what you're trying to get from it)
You'll have to decide how you want to get your KB protection. Options are use the BotZ's +4 KB Protection in travel powers, or add an additional slot to your armors for Steadfast Protection's +4 KB, or add a slot to your Defensive powers for Karma's +4 KB Protection, or take Acrobatics with a +4 of your choice.
Take or leave what you like. Most of all build so you enjoy running your Tank! -
A couple of things:
First, I thought someone had done an ITF solo a while back (over a year or so ago and I don't think it was at 8+4), iirc, they used a SD/DM ...
Second, there was also a couple of threads a while back on pylons, I think Sylph Knight had one "recently", but there was another further back, and I think SD/DM or SD/Fire were the choices discussed if not used. -

Tanker Tuesdays is an all Tanker teaming event, and as such is a Tanker specific event. The event was created long before the red side ATs were born, and part of the fun of the event is experiencing how much mayhem, chaos, pain a group of Tanks can bring.
Feel free to roll a Tanker and join us if you like. As Last Trader has stated all levels and power sets are welcome, as long as you're a Tank.
