I'm here to rage in this thread moar.

First off, the hardest thing i learned in the learning phase of a week or two was how to send a tell. Thus, how would a new player join a farm team without knowing how to respond specifically. Now, you can say that they replied in broadcast, they get invited. They do the same thing a few times and get bored. So they leave, and OMGlook at their contact list(Something they learned in the tutorial) and run that content. A new player is going to run into REAL CONTENT no matter what they do.

I am of the personal opinion that the tutorials should be changed, the MA tutorial should be much more informative, in fact, I beleive that ALL the tutorials need a slight updating. I am not, for the record, opposed to removing AE from galaxy and atlas though, as the norm in all arguements a comprimise must be reached.


BTW, the devs will not listen to us until we set aside the RAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGEEE DOOOOOOOOM OMG RAAAAGE HULKSMASH RAGE RAGE ROOOOAAAAR that we're basically doing now and come to a decent conclusion. Now please, if you want to further degrade the game, act like alt and ignore anyone who thinks differently then you, actually, if you act like alt, get off the forums, a forums is a place for discussion, not blind rage in the form of Anti-MA zealotry.

Purple farming is the more unpredictable type of farming, it can range from dirt nothing to twice as good as AE. Personally, my figures, assuming i found a purple every 2 hours of inmap farming was still beaten by the AE figures, but thats due to the fact that theres a good 10-15 min time on finding fillers and spawning out a map. Albeit, if your farming some group besides mech men or wisps on a ss/fire your generally doing something wrong in MA

I didn't even try and ended up makin 120 mil on crafted niche IOs i put up a half year ago that i forgot i even had up. Buying during DXP is something even i do, but never do i buy the popular or expensive sets. Its a recipe for doooooom(tm)!! !

Blinding Powder is a god send no matter what your doing, particularly if theres a blaster sittin on 7 mines and u hit him with blinding powder and the confuse goes off. . . poor blaster.

** You can slot the confuse purple set in blinding powder, do eet, i BU + AS + ET +BP'ed a warden and he nuked and killed the entire scientist group. Dreadful Wail ftw

Drain Psyche, they reduced the -recovery from like -14 end a second to -.5 end a sec, although the drain psyche numbers are out of this world and would ground you no matter what you popped regen and recovery-wise, i don't see this happening to HE if logic is involved, i have slotted staminia, my base recovery and a small amount of recovery bonus's and i pop retsu on my stalker and am still recovering end, although its only half an end a second, im still there. Add to the fact that HE really doesn't do much more then that.

Go into AP, make a huge ordeal about Mito farming being back, have a mission loaded with yellow mitos, give out the ID, and laugh as people try it and come back out.

It's nether, he's refering to one of two things:

Plowing through zombie players at the market, making a large amount of money off the zombie-like lazy CoX players

Farming some DA thinga-ma-who-zit

Not to say anything, but the "Restriction of AE mish level by zone" wouldn't work cuz G-ville does NOT have an AE building.

If he nerfs HE, its gonna be pretty bad, given the fact that, if he gives it the DP treatment, it will be nearly useless as a power to use solo, then with DR, the thermal set will be even more useless, prolly clocking in at just above /kin for pvp

I found that the profit in farming RC is sometimes = to if not exceeding the profit you make in AE depending on what purple you get.

I'ld prefer a once a year weekend where they took off the ticket cap.

I agree, alot of farmers, myself included, will be spending ALOT more time in the RC farms then AE once this goes live, getting fillers is a PitA and gettin them to stay long enough to spawn out a V-Side farm map is near-impossible.

Square peg, round hole bright, square, round, it doesn't work, I've tried. It just ends up with me on alt's ignore and him continueing to spew utter nonsense.

Things such as purples and common salvage, have, indeed skyrocketted, but when I compare the prices if im not mistaken of the SP 3's going for 30-50 mil, PS procs going to 15-30 mil, KBs going for 10+ mil, it seems that MA has caused an abundance of things that are common, recipe-wise, while creating a despairity in the amount of common salvage going around and purples dropping. Although the purples are supposed to be "super rare" I think some drop rate tweaking would be in order, apocs have gone up 300 mil from prices before MA.
