    I did not expect to be able to get more than three decoys at a time. If the recharge is fast enough, though, then I have room to play with when the time's almost up. If the PA drops for half a second, that's enough time that I could get blasted by an entire mob. By having it recharged before they go away, I can ensure that I don't have a lapse.

    Does this still sound like a good plan, or is this over the top like Challenger?

    Even with overlapping PA you going to get aggro switched to you (for 1-3 seconds), when you recasting PA

    Perma Hasten/AM much easier to achieve than perma PA. You only need around 77% global recharge with 3 slotted hasten to make hasten/AM perma. With 97.5% global recharge i have, recharge speed for PA is 61.9 sec (1.9 seconds downtime). And that build isn't cheap, it has 5 purple sets and 3 LotG 7.5

    The Respec Trial, Hero-side you mean? I've done the mid-20s and mid-30s, little need to do them again, actually no need to do them the first time except for the badge and the experience (non-numbers). I have so many vet-specs at this point, and I'm not one to respec much anyway. I spent my last one for the sole purpose of rearranging my enhancements.

    Red-side, I haven't done them at all. Don't have the need there either, but I rarely see any teams forming up for one. The one red-side has a bad rep, so I hear, something about a psychic tree that can one-shot you for miles, and a race to kill off a bunch of thorns? I know CoT are involved. It sounds obnoxious to tell the truth, but like I said I've rarely seen announcements about one starting up, certainly never been asked (unlike blue-side, where I get asked once a week or so.)

    People often running all 3 red respecs back to back. Usually, it takes less than 1 hour to do all 3. BTW, last mission of all red respecs is the same as 3rd mission of STF, nothing special about it.

    I was under the impression that while it was possible on some small maps(like the map used in the Teen Phalanx arc), most maps were set up pretty specifically to disallow it. (For instance, so you can't make a big empty map with a single glowy for no-risk insta-win.)

    I know I tried it on a generic warehouse map once and couldn't get all the enemies to disappear... Maybe I gave up too quickly.

    I've been able to hide all spawns on Demon's farm map, but I had 11 destructible objects, each of them was a trigger for separate conditional spawn

    I think, Devs already have this functionalty in the game, it just wasn't exposed through MA editior. I remeber few red side missions where boss would ambush you, like Dr. Aeon when you destroy his mainframe, some of FP upon hostage kidnapping, etc.

    I don't know for sure. I heard that she cannot heal from ill pets, but I got impression, while doing MoSTF, that she does heal from them. After starting summoning both PA and ST, near me, I got impression that she wouldn't heal that much as having these pets near her.

    Again, I have no proof to say for sure one way or another

    Usually I keep my diff at 4, so I'm fighting EBs rather than AVs, but there have been two exceptions - Johnny Sonata's Soul on my MM, and Terra on my Scrapper.

    In both cases I'd levelled up during the mission before I fought them, so I did have a 1 level advantage. So my questions are:

    Does that 1 level make that much of a difference?

    And are these two particular AVs uncharacteristically weak/easy?

    The easiest AVs (as AV, not EB) for my ill/rad were Indigo and Black Swan.

    Well, maybe you want provide some ally. If someone has problem soloing it, they can get ally's help then. Only one problem I can see is that ally will be autoexed to player's level, while EB on diff 4 will be 2 levels higher

    I guess it depends on what AT/Powersets you going to solo with. I only have experience with ill/rad.

    Here is my list from the easiest to the hardest:

    Bobcat,

    You should take into account that kin's powers like transfernce, transfusion and FS, have different mechanics than regular damage powers. While hit check works the same way for both - at the beginning of power activation, transfer of heals, endurance and damage buffs happens when power goes off. If during of activation time target(s) was/were blown away, then power is still going to hit target, but transfer won't happen.

  24. Another thing I noticed while getting shivans on my ill/rad troller, that you have to drop stealth, for little bit, to spawn guns on the top of base.
