Yes, yes they are, I don't think I've ever detoggled that much before. Not only do they drain your end all too well, but they will rez and do it again.
Assuming they use the same power as us, the trick may be to attack from more than 20 feet away, or mez them of course, but they are bosses.
Also, my apologies to my team. I played my Peacebringer and we had two cysts spawn. The second we spotted early and destroyed it and the group it spawned with easily, including the AV. The first however, was hidden behind a corner and no one saw it until too late. Made that first mission rather painful. -
I pretty much agree with the TrashCan. My highest Dom is 18, but so far I use it for endurance or bosses, haven't needed to worry about mezzers yet, the few I see I mez first.
I don't know if you use binds, but one I find useful is to bind domination to the numpad enter button. That way I can just tap the button with the thumb on my mouse hand to activate domination. The command should be /bind numpadenter powexecname domination -
I love the new MA changes, I've been going on about them since beta. I kind of stopped playing that character on live since it was disappointing compared to the test version.
I think MA/DA should work well.
I already had cobra strike, but now I can actually include it in my attack chain. I also added CaK, but we'll see how it goes. I'm not a fan of either animation for it.
Be sure to use Eagle's Claw followed by Dragon's Tail, when you get there. Seeing 8 or more criticals while everyone falls down is great fun. -
Yeah, I don't have an emp, but I teamed with one Monday night and he kept using CM on me repeatedly, despite my not needing it. I believe I heard him say "Hell yeah!" multiple times, heh.

Very sad to see you go. I find Mids almost as important as CoH itself. I feel lost without at least a partially planned build for any new character, and have it open when ever I play the game. Hopefully the personal reasons aren't anything major, but enjoy all the free time you'll no doubt get back. -

I love the new MA changes. I've found my MA/WP scrapper on live slightly disappointing after playing him on beta, and he's already pretty powerful on live. I already have cobra strike on live, but now I can use it in my attack chain instead of air superiority. Air superiority is a great attack, but I never liked how it flowed, or didn't flow, with my MA attacks.
Now I'll have Cobra strike, with 75% stun and a Kinetic Combat knockdown proc, storm kick with the kd proc, crane kick with it's knockback, dragon's tail with it's AOE knockdown, and eagle's claw with it's chance for stun. All of that mitigation plus great damage, nearly capped hit points, high regen and 30%+ typed defenses. Yes this should be fun.
Definitely going to respec, change some powers and their order. Currently I use fly for travel, but with the fly changes a jet pack is only about 3 or 4 mph slower so I may drop the flight pool. That gives me two more power picks, three if I also drop SoW, which I never use. I agree that the default animation for CAK is unappealing, but I may put it in and see how it works, maybe it'll grow on me. That leaves one or two more, maybe stealth to stack with the IO, and/or maybe some toys from weapon mastery? Hmm. -
The proc for Kinetic Combat is chance for knockdown, not knockback. I have one in storm kick and it's fun seeing the occasional enemy fall down.

I think RWZ is 50 too, but other zones are higher.

Sadly, once again this is on in the middle of my sleepy time, too early to get up for and too late to stay up for.
So I guess I'll miss this one too, as will many people with day jobs I suspect.

You don't need to worry about Tanker Tuesday, it's only on Liberty rarely. They do TT 3 Tuesdays a month on their home server of Justice I think it is, and the 4th Tuesday they jump to a different server. This month was our turn, but they likely won't be back for a few months. -
Heh, those AVs really did not like him, they both went straight for him.

From what David er Noble Savage said they aren't doing origins anymore. They're doing themes now, but I don't think they have said what kind. Origins are too vague and different people see them as different things.

I'll bring my 50 stalker as first choice for Barracuda on Friday. His name is Ominous Name and he's claw/nin.
Now that I think about it I don't think I can make it to the Ice Mistral SF on Saturday. I'll be joining Crimson Order for their MOLGTF run at 2 EST. I wish I could do both since I can't remember the last time I did the Ice Mistral SF. -
I'd like to do those strike forces on Friday and Saturday. Don't get the chance to do many, and I've only done the Barracuda SF once.

I forget the character name but Draconis or something like that was a fire blaster too, he said he literally had a death wish so he could use ROTP. He was extremely aggressive, he died and used it once that I saw, and maybe other times that I didn't notice. He was probably only dead for a second, so it'd be easy to miss on the team window.
And yes, fireball is the only way to pull. -
Yeah, it was a good team with some bad luck, but a fun run. Maybe next time.
By the way, Impervium Fist is MA/WP, not regen. I've tried regen a few times but just can't get into it. I prefer to focus on my attacks, and regen is just too clicky for me. -
I do mistells quite a bit, but fortunately I can't recall any particularly embarrassing ones.

I work nights but I should be able to get up early enough to get in on this before work. I don't actually have a tank on Liberty yet, but I've been meaning to make an ice/ice tank, so this is a good excuse to get that done.

Yeah, unfortunately I can't make it at that time of day either. Due to working night shift it'd have to be 2 hours later or at least 3 hours earlier for me to make it, or a Friday. Oh well, maybe next time I guess.
