    * Is Essence Drain worth it. I got it at 18 as at that point I had no heal what-so-ever so thought it would be useful. But now I have my Dwarf and Stygian Circle will is it worth dropping because I have found dropping to human to use it not very effective.
    * How much endurance reduction is worth slotting in the Nova and Dwarf forms?
    * Is it worth slotting the Gaussian's Build Up proc in Nova, and if so what lvl is it worth it slotting it?
    * I am going to take the Leadership pool so I can slot two LotG: +recharge and a Rectified Recticle: +Perception. Plus Vengence is always useful. Is this a good idea?

    Thanks in advance!
Essence drain personally is not worth it IMO Stygian Return is plenty and can be used 1/2 times in each fight.

I have never used end reduction (Or any sort endurance boost) on my Tri-Form WS most of the time the enemies drop quick enough to use stygian return after every fight and during. I guess it might be useful for AVs and tough enemies.

Bear in mind I never solo.
  2. People who dont like something which is populour are just as bad as people who only like things that are popular.

Just be yourself and like what you like! Dont limit yourself in such a silly (and quite childish ) way.
  3. I am not really gunna post too much of a long reply, but I like my WS more than any of my other toons. I find with my WS properlly slotted you can get a rather large damage output using Sunless Mire > Dwarf Form > Sunless Mire > Nova Form > Kill Everything > Human Form > Styigian Return. You can damage things fast enough and heal fast enough to survive most anything (In normal mobs). Of course this is on a good team where you are getting buffs from your inherit luckily I only ever play in teams, so if you like soloing... I dont know

I found it was a late bloomer but once you get into the 32s your a machine

I can't say I have the same love for my PB I just feel like a Gimped Tank/Blaster/Scrapper.

I am tempted to try a human only build specailly with the 2 builds you get for each toon.

You just need to be ready to swap your rolls depending on what AT balance you have.

As for slots I dont find I run out of slots too badly alot of slots I would waste on travel powers/health/stamina I do not need because I have travel powers already and with Stygian Return no need to worry for endurance. You dont NEED to slot anything, if you can't find the slots to slot your forms powers then dont you can put the enhancements on the form instead and save loads of slots. You still have the same amount of slots as any other AT you just have more choices as to where to put them.
  4. Aha, I have found that nVidia currently have a so called 'Beta' driver available. If anyone other than me actually had this problem then download their new 'beta' drivers.

Also as far as the 'rubber-banding' goes. I can't say I have experienced too much. Here and there, nothing to deter me from playing however.
  5. Hey every since the 'Mini-Patch' I have got today I have been experiancing a slight issue with my mouse cursor. My mouse cursor now has a habbit of randomly flickering and going completly invisible when in menus/not moving. Sadly this makes it rather difficult to navigate the majority of the game.

I have had this problem before but it was easily fixed with a Graphics Driver update. However I am now fully up to date and the problem has returned.

My basic specs are as follows:

    Windows XP 32Bit
    E8400 @ 3.0ghz
    BFG 9800GTX+
3.12 Gig of ram (Damn limit 32bit limit )

Here is my DxDiag hosted on a Text Host site. (Dont know hwo to do attachments on this site? )

    Anyone got any suggestions?

    Stone/?

@ Yes I do think Stone Melee is great. If it wasn't for the fact my Stone tanker is nearly in his 30s I would reroll just to switch my battleaxe for Stone Melee. Oh well to late now. ;(

    Stone/?

Well, my stone tank currently has /BattleAxe Its got nice damage and KB but so does Stone, I just took what fitted my concept.
The most common I see is /BattleAxe and /Stone, Ive seen a few /Nerg and /SS Stoners. IMHO I would say just go for what you like, whatever fits your concept.
  10. Dont worry Im new too! (lvl 25 Stone Tank).

'the regular team i'm with is very AoE heavy,'
Heh, Im not lucky enough to have a 'Regular' team. :P So alot of the time I resign to just going with the Flow. Seeing as about 50% of the time I end up joining a team who dont seem to know what a tank is actually for. ¬.¬.

And yes Tanking is great fun! Can't wait for Granite armour. ^^
  11. Personally as a Blaster I would rather have the Tank Herd. Makes it much better with AoE, and Novas and the like. Plus as a Tank I find that A) Its Fun to Herd B) Its easier to control the aggro.
But hey Idk much about any other kind of tank than a Stone Tank. So maybe its different for other tanks.
I agree with Micron that people will play the way they want, whether its bad for the team or not.
Also I have only started herding very recently, and usually I don't focus too much on herding without a good (imo) Balanced team. In non-balanced team I would herd the one mob just to get them tightly grouped together. Obviously if close enough together I wouldn't bother too much.

    Just my 2 cents.
