  1. If the other tanks don't know how to taunt when you get your second warning then I suggest you hop back and forth over Siege/NS, trying to keep him/her in relatively the same spot. I know you can tank Siege inside the alcove (avoiding cannons) and NS inside the alley (again, avoiding cannons). This is slightly away from their "spawn points" but still counts for the badge.
  2. I've had zero problems with aggro on either trial. If I want the aggro then it's mine. The power that I noticed made the difference for me was Oppressive Gloom. When I toggle that one off (keeping Cloak of Fear and Death Shroud on) I can lose the aggro but when I have OG and CoF going at the same time, I can hold them until 2nd warning (and, sadly, often long after).

    Soft Cap or Not?

    I have a Dark/Fire tanker and I have a question. Which would you prefer...

    45 Defense to S/L/E/N and 35 Defense to F/C or 44 Defense to S/L/E/N and 40 Defense to F/C.

    I know that, at face value, it seems like a no brainer but I'm wondering just how much of a difference that last 1% makes with regard to softcapping.

    I currently use the 45/35 but am leaning toward respeccing to 44/40.

    Thanks for the advice.

  5. What difference does it make? My char's already level 50 and I don't intend to use it on any chars that I'm levelling up.

I'm not convinced its possible, which is why I'm hoping someone can prove me wrong.
    Closest I came up with on a whim was the following:

    Indom Will is down for 3.4 seconds. Perma Hasten, Perma AM, Softcapped Psionic and Ranged, 66% resist to S/L over the 25% S/L defense.

    Ill doesn't have any AoE control abilities to note. You can consider Flash but that's just too long to be considered useful, even with 205% recharge. Spec Terror does a fine job keeping Minions/LTs cowtowed. Sure it doesn't set up contain but if you're playing an Ill troller you don't expect to get contain.

    As far as the invis supression...my understanding with Mids is that the defense number you see listed there is supressed Defense. You can see a much higher number if you check the effects tab, for non-suppression.

    For AV soloing, there is nothing like a perma PA Ill/Rad with his LR. However, on a regular run, it sucks having to mop up things with single target powers or overdoing it with fissure on small packs.

    I much prefer my Ill/Storm.
