hah, a level 50 one isn't worth 2.5B. Maybe if it was a level 10 it would be.
What difference does it make? My char's already level 50 and I don't intend to use it on any chars that I'm levelling up.
My understanding was that the PvP IOs provided their bonuses no matter what level you exemped down to.
At least, that's what Paragon Wiki has to say on the subject.
I don't actually own any myself, but unless someone has personal experience that says otherwise I don't think it matters what level the PvP proc is.

And yes, the only difference between the level 1 and the level 50 is that th level 10 can be slotted at a eariler level. If you are already level 50, then it will make no difference at all.
