Taunt with additional range would be exactly what I would have in a team PvP tanker or brute. I don't PvP team but have done enough PvP teaming to see just how many far less defeats the team endures as a result. Not being lost to a formation break it meant no defeats our side. It was basically about placating the opposition for people in trouble and it worked well.

I believe that if you perma'd the attack vitals chain you and were to consistently attack 10 mobs then you would achieve your highest dpe/s. You'd potentially be able to defeat the most over time anyway. Its good enough on STs as well due to the additional DoT and the additional flexibility you can give your build from not needing most of the other attacks imo. Blinding feint as a filler should boost it.

Blinding Feint, Confront and the ability to do attack vitals would set me up for a fully optimized team toon in general. I say set me up because clearly there are other powers to get.

I expected some teams to suffer abit in terms of lack of damage output. Were people having end problems? It leads to downtime of individuals. Certain players can at least remove 2 positional toggles as well as some perhaps not using unnecessary damage type toggles but not at the points where AVs become unlocked.

People should stick to their most economical single target attack chain.

Too much chatter in text box is less dps.

Even in teams where buffs have been available people can perform sub par. This is down to buffers not buffing as many as high DPS characters as possible all of the time from a lack of vigilance or unnecessarily compromising themselves in the process.

I don't see why you took stamina before quick recovery and I don't understand how the Sweep combo is the must have. Enemies can be protected from knockdown via controller immobs plus the cast times are lengthy making a long combo with not your greatest dpe/s.

30 mins ago I had a costume contest for everyone in the square inclusive of Protesters. I like protesters. 15 million 1st prize, 7.5 million 2nd prize and 5 million 3rd prize.

Now I know there are some really good costumes on Vigilance and I would love a nice international costume contest the next time stuff like this happens so, so if you fancy some inf then bring your best costume design the next time this happens.

Actually RPG, I was there when the French invaded Union. There was name calling on both sides and from what I saw, worse our side.

+Rec means more Mires/Time. Mires are your main source of damage buff.

You may say short term benefit but by increasing dam per end or chance to hit you are not only reducing fight duration but saving endurance in the long run. You could say that they can work out to be psuedo stamina + psuedo aid self.

I have no real communication problems on either server due to them being linguistically well educated to as far as putting some English people to shame with their own language.

Take a look at Nova. You have 2 end reds in it. Surely you would be better off with an end mod and a end red instead. This would give you better end rec to end cost disparity imo.

I think its better for you to look at every slot and what's in it and compare it to alternatives across the build rather than have people do builds for you. This way you should become better equipped to do all your builds yourself.

I for one like to see what powers people take and when to get an idea of their priorities, concept and playstyle before suggesting an idea which would seeing as you are only 18 an idea to help you to lvl 50 first before looking at a 300 something+ million build.

This made me laugh, and since you posted this I would be amazed that anyone would reply.

Lets face it expecting someone who is say a warshade fan to be up in the early hours, in the middle of a working week having time to go through and sort out the vast amount of mistakes you've made..nah I wouldn't expect that.

Your biggest problem in doing builds is that currently you are not looking hard enough in what each slot gives you. The first build is the worse. 6 slotted haste and 6 slotted stamina? It is for you to sort out, and by you sorting it out, you would be in a better position in regards to doing all your builds.

Warshade and Peacebringer builds are very much about taste as we do play them differently. You could slot them well but we could all be disagreeable.

I take the view that if you can have a slot of anything be it range, recharge then there usually is a time and a place for getting some benefit. The question is, how often and from our playstyles we differ and can only judge it for ourselves.
