I made a build for you which focuses on doing damage. It is loaded with -res procs. With 3 AoEs and Soul Drain you should be doing quite nice AoE damage. It's good to know that the -res proc in Sleet and one of your other powers stack. This means basically that in an AV fight the AV will constantly be under at least one Achilles Heel debuff.
I also gave you recharge to be able to run your AoEs, Sleet, Soul Drain and Aim more often.
This is just a quickie though so it might have flaws.

. At the moment he's level 18, but I haven't even taken a travel power pool or the fitness pool as I'm enjoying his powers so much (I'll respec once im higher and take them as soon as they become available without a doubt). Currently im using the Raptor pack to travel, and end isnt a big problem in big groups.
I made a Cold/Rad toon and I'm really enjoying him! He's called Radiated Lightning
Anyways, could anyone make a good build for me that I could follow? Hopefully it could be adjusted to give me slighly more damage than the average /Rad defender as I know they're low on damage (so far damage seems to be great so maybe it'll loose out higher on).
Thanks in advance - PS - I'd like Superspeed as a travel power to combine with Arctic Fog for invisibility.
