Stuck in Ceiling

Often one of my 2nd tier demons gets stuck in the ceiling. Vet Team Teleport gets them unstuck but that's only good once per half hour.

Its always one of the 2nd tier demons. Never any of the others.
2. I have two Endurance Reducer SOs currently slotted into my 2nd tier demons, and my Ember Demon still bottoms out of end with every battle. This can't be right. My Hellfire Gargoyle does fine with Endurance, just the Ember that burns through his.

Anyone else notice this?

Ah, it was a corruptor on my team that was running what I thought was Suppress Pain. Turns out the Corr version is called Soothing Aura.

Mutter... yep, yer right, I am mixing things up. I did actually mean Suppress Pain. Sigh.

Anyway, the description reads that's its a toggle, PBAOE, Ally +Regeneration.
When I run it, I don't see anything in my Combat Window that would indicate it is doing any thing for me.

However, the Attributes window shows an increase of regeneration from 3.x to 8.x.

Also, when I'm teamed with someone else who is running Suppress Pain, I can see the heal in my combat window from them, but still not my own.

So does Suppress Pain work on self or not?
5. World of Pain confuses me.
The description reads that it is Ally, with no Self buff.

Combat window seems to support this since I don't see heal buffs from myself to myself from it.

But the Attribute window shows a clear jump in regen when I turn it on. From 3. something to 8.something.

However, when I turn it on, and take damage, I can't say I see much of a difference, if any in healing up. Even when no more damage is coming in.

So, is World of Pain solely Ally, or is it both a buff to me and my allies?
6. Another thing, don't get too concerned about gimping your toon. Try things and test things. Once you've progressed to a certain level and decided you don't like a power you chose, or how you slotted something, you can go to a trainer and switch to a second build. The first time you do this you will have to pick all your powers from level 1 up.

You can't change your AT type, or your Primary or Secondary Powers but you can change which powers from those sets you want, and to some extent change the order in which you picked them. You'll also be able to totally change out your power pools, so if you don't like the travel power you selected, you can change it.

This second build is independent of your first build, meaning you will have to buy new enhancements to fill the slots, but it gives you a second chance to redo your toon's powers.

After the first time you use your second build, you can't go back and make any changes without something called a respec token (Character re-specification)
7. Nevermind, I figured it out. Gotta set enemy group to single
8. I was wondering if there is a way to create escorts, or allies who do not need to be rescued.
I've tried setting enemy groups to None for these but when I enter the mission, the escort or ally needs to be rescued before they will follow me.

Right. I'll just put on my clown suit and makeup, and go dispose of my current friends. Hate having to do that... cuz blood is so hard to get out of a clown suit... but your right, its has to be done.

What are your experiences with live voice chat during gameplay? In what way does it help? In what way does it hinder?
Personally, I don't like how Voice over IP during gameplay increases the efficiency of a flame escalation with your friends because of poorly chosen words due to a bad mood/day/experience.
12. Boom, that easy.
Thanks Chaos_String. That was exactly what the problem was. I guess I had customized the first power, then selected the option to set all the other powers to the same rather then selecting the preset at the top. Now Throw Spines is Metal Spikes just like I want it.

Then I colorized one power to my liking and matched colors across the whole powerset.

All my spines powers produce white crystal spines with black edges.

Maybe try doing that, but with metal spikes in your case.
Hmmm... I'm fairly certain that's what I did. But seeing that it does indeed say Custom... maybe I was suffering from Cranial Flatulence at the time. I'll go log in and try that. Thanks

Admittedly, it's been quite a while since I've encountered this myself.
Teamed up with my friend again tonight and had the same problem. Toggling it on and off like you suggested Tradok, did fix it. Thanks!
15. Here are some screenies so you can see what I mean:

I didn't realize you could shut that off. Unfortunately, that wasn't it. When I checked the list of things you can shut on and off on the map, Teammates was checked on.

So, its a bug.

It works just fine on my spines/SR.
I said it was grayed out, not missing. I saw that it does need scrolling to see it, but its gray. I can't select anything for it. Even I had missed it, I set my customization to all powers. It wont change Throw Spines. I'll do a screen capture and send it in to BaBs.

They are always the same look as what ever I altered. move your toon to test server, thats what devs told me when my db/regen wouldn't animate attacks while in hover mode.
Move my toon to the test server? You can't actually do that. At best you copy a toon to the test server. That may fix the copy on the test server, but the original left on the live server will still remain the same.
19. Yesterday while teamed with a friend, I notice that the Arrow indicator on my map only showed me, but did not show my teammate. I could see the "Fog of War" being cleared with no teammate indicator to account for it. I did send in a Bug Report
20. I have a Spines/Willpower scrapper and I customized all his attack powers to be Metal Spikes. But, Throw spines is grayed out and is not available for customizing. So while in battle my scrapper is all Metal Spikes, until I hit Throw Spines, then all my Metal Spikes turn into the default Spines. They revert back to the Metal Spikes when I hit my next attack, or after a moment of non activity.

Is this a bug, or is there some reason why Throw Spines can't be customized?

New players are likely to be put off TFs once they've done a Positron TF, and need to be convinced by more experienced players that other TFs are... "Really, its not as bad a the Positron. It can be done in like half the time, or even less."

I only do the Positron on toons that I really want to get the Task Force Commander Accolade for. Mostly melee toons in my case. But I still have some Melee toons that are missing the Positron because I am finding it difficult to muster up the will to commit the time. Let alone try to convince enough other players to make that commitment with me.

I believe this is by design (currently).

It would be nice if they just adjusted their level with you, but it doesn't work that way.
However, I summoned my pets at my X'd down level (26). So they are based on my combat level not my actual level. I was running a different MM a couple months ago, and never had this problem with my pets when I was X'd down, or Lackyed up. My pets never died when zoning since the new super sidekicking system (As long as I set the auto accept level options to 50).

I haven't run an MM in a couple of months, so now it different.
23. I dusted off my level 50 Bots MM and dou'd him up with a level 26 Dom. We are running the Dom's lvl 26 missions.

I set
"Auto-accept level changes above by:" to 50
and
"Auto-accept level changes below by:" to 50

So, I don't get a prompt to accept the X down to 26 when The Dom's sets a new mission. Which is fine. I don't need to get prompted with every mission set.

However, when I zone or enter/exit missions, I lose my bots, and have to resummon them. This didnt happen before. Is this a bug? Anyone know if I need to set something else?
24. I had changed my spines to metal spikes at the costume shop.
I noticed that only Throw Spines is bugged. When I activate Throw Spines my metal spikes turn into the default spines for both the spines I throw and the spines protruding from my toons body. When I activate the next power they all revert to the metal spines.

I'm not certain where else to post this so I figured the scrapper's forum is a good place.

My first thought was if I plopped a bunch of Invention Salvage in the Vault, and then signed on with another toon on the same server, would I still have access to the Salvage from my other toon who put it there? Me thinks no as the inventory is exclusive to that toon only.

My second question would be when do you think it would be advantageous to plop stuff in the Vault? I guess if you were crafting recipes for enhancements and such, it might be a good place to store the extra goodies? Also, since we are only given a limited slot inventory to hold this stuff, I am also thinking this would make a good "back-up" storage spot. My market philosophy so far has been to sell the items I don't need, or use the items to build some new invention sets that I can sell for a nice profit. Thus, I am constantly "moving" stuff around at the markets.

So, in a nutshell, can anyone give me some other beneficial tips on using the vault reserve other than just holding your goodies? If my other toons had access to the same vault then I would start to really re-think this one. Paragonwiki really didn't go into too much detail except to mention the amount of spaces you would get with each level. They also mentioned a "Physical Vault Building", one on the Hero side and one on the Villain side which I cannot recall ever seeing. Did they remove the Vault Buildings and just keep them in Pocket D?
I put a vault in my base, and put a craft table right next to it. Been over a year so far and I haven't found a useful purpose for the vault. It only stores salvage. I craft a lot, but never found the vault useful. Now if it held enhancements and inf that I could access account wide, well then it would probably be the most useful feature in my base instead of the most useless.
