i guess zombies must be special then since zombie invasions can still happen in DA
i *might* have seen a rikti invasion happen there too but i stopped paying attention to them a long while ago lol -
redside it was pretty enjoyable, and enjoyed the amount of lore/info that it shared
-
looks pretty awesome, love these types of costume parts
-
they can be bought in any order, but you cant buy #2 4-times for the same effect for example
i do agree that the extra enhance trays are overpriced, but having 50 enhance storage per toon would make respecing a lvl 50 with a lot of enhancement sets MUCH easier to save everything you wanted instead of doing multiple respecs or buying boosters -
attuned enhances could only be limited by a min lvl of use and max for any attuned is 50
as mentioned if you did convert all IOs to attuned then we would still have the same problem as the overwhelming force enhances (which still drop at the same lvl of the toon you get, but have a min lvl of 10 instead of -3 of your characters lvl) -
-
i think its a separate proc but extremely rare, ive never seen it happen yet
-
woot! finally, yay for customization options!
now i can make my epic pools match! -
at the time when brutes had ice fury worked quite differently, i wish they would give brutes ice armor back now since they changed how fury is generated
-
i had a claw/dark stalker who was fun to play, but i ended up deleting him cause eviscerate was not a cone like with brute and scrapper and that annoyed my greatly so i rerolled as a brute that was claw/invuln lol

Quote:/thisI plan to have the Overwhelming Force proc IO installed in all my stormies
even though the kb->kd enhancement wont be a 100% of the time thing, it will still not ever do the massive kb
instead it has a 40% chance of kb and a 60% chance of just not doing anything which is still better than hurling baddies all over the place lol -
trip mines are great for burst dmg but are hard to use in combat, while tornado can be used then left to its own devices
both however are great powers
now if you were talking about time bomb and tornado, then tornado wins hands down lol -
the first token is automatically spent since there is only 1 place for it to go
after that you have to allocate the token on the paragon rewards menu when you accrue more -
Quote:the only thing i dislike about omega bomb is the rech, the current dmg it does is decent but not enough to justify a 6 min rech for similar powers other sets have that have half of the base rech currentlyI've read everything I can find about the nuke changes and normalizations and I think it's safe to assume that VEAT nukes are not going to be affected any time soon.
Omega Maneuver, in particular, is such an odd power (psuedo-pet bomb) that giving it a shorter recharge time and small damage scale would not fix the reasons that most people dislike it, and fixing those issues would ruin what makes it an interesting power in the first place. -
the kheldian nukes are not being changed with i24, but after, so if they do look at the VEAT nukes it would prolly also be after i24 as well

i believe the costume powers that were released for sale on the paragon market during the independence day sale are not mutually exclusive with stealth powers
but those were the only ones i believe that are not mutually exclusive with stealths
edit: i forgot the "not" in the last sentence -
you can technically start incarnate trials from any praetorian zone cause non praetorians can go there with no restrictions really, so forming in a praetorian zone is not common but doable just like DA/RWZ
and belladonna vetranos incarnate level arc is i think all in the night ward -
well mm take some work as well to keep the pets buffed and stuff, and for illusion a majority of your pets are essentially unkillable anyway (only one to worry about is the phantasm)
otherwise i say that they are fairly the same, they both take some work to make good (unless you plan on going with bot/trap or bot/ff as neither of those take really any effort to play lol) -
the water/cold corr i have is named Deadly Ice Water which i meant to be a pun on the drink with his battle cry "Death...isnt it refreshing?" lol
-
all i have to say is this will be epic win lol
the only thing that could make this better is if the sharks were wrapped in bacon lol -
the legacy chain have had "light" using enemies and they been here a long time, their "light" powers are just recolored energy blast powers

IMO:
events not designed well and thus ignored: banner event
events overdone to the point of nobody caring: any kind of invasion really
events that are just about right, but are old and could use some spicing up: GMs
the holiday trials are very nice, they are available basically for the duration of the holiday and you can run them whenever and as much as you want, the only thing i wish sometimes is that they had a slightly larger team size range
team size of 4-8 is not overkill, the team of 4 might have a slightly rougher time than a team of 8 but if you have a bunch of friends who you want to run with a team size strictly set at 4 becomes too limiting -
in regards to difficulty i think they should allow us to go beyond +4 by adding another option which adds level shifts on the enemies
so we can do like +4 then shift them another +4 or something like that
if we could do that then there would be challenge to fighting +6 baddies, and or it would also allow the incarnate content to become more challenging once you already have your 3 level shifts
not to mention that lvl shifts are the only way of fighting baddies higher than lvl 54
it could range from -1 shift to +4 just like the baddy level setting so we could go as low as -1/-1 or as high as +4/+4
