Totally agree by the way (stupid window made me miss my first attempt).

Once you've selected a change emote, it should apply to the cc command automatically

If you've been charged twice, you'll have two emails confirming purchase.

After a quick phone call into my colleagues on the Faster Payments evening team in work, I managed to keep track of my 2nd purchase for my other account going to NCSoft. (Working for a bank does have its advantages).

The Maestro payment that was made only came through once, which means it's just my Credit Card that was charged twice.

And if I complain about the purchase to Mastercard tomorrow, they'll reverse the payment there and then.

And the "new" website seems to have forgotten my support account, which means I have to register to ask the sodding question too.

Rage rising.... I haven't even tried the pack out yet

I wouldn't be so sure. It's quite clear from the purchase page that they state they don't give refunds for serial code purchases...

Of course, I'd hope that's assuming that the customer actually agrees to the purchase in the first place!

Today's been a really bad day for NCSoft - no redname chat to say "Yes, it will be today by this time." and now technically stealing money from their own customers.

If I don't have my money back by tomorrow, I'll be contacting Mastercard and getting the money back that way (CCA regulations work both ways).

I have two unused serial codes too.

I only clicked the confirm Purchase button once , so the nice payment system decided I want two?

Avatea, can you please inform us of how we go about getting our money back for these (illegal - UK CCA regulations governing Credit Card purchases are quite clear on the matter) transactions?

Sitting here waiting for the Credit Card purchase page to time out...

Add there it's now timed out... brilliant! I have no idea if the purchase went through or not.

If by interesting, you mean full of people who will go out of their way to annoy you, just because they want to PvP everyone who runs past them, then yes, I'd agree.

At this stage in the game, making massive world changes like this would probably (yes, I said probably, since I can only state my personal opinion) lose more players than it would gain. And since the PvP part of COH is very small, I don't think they'd try to spread it across the whole game.

I'd say that's a fairly big factor in any decision they'll make and it's one reason why I'm watching I15 very carefully.
