To help out here is the my other half kat/invin scrapper. It built to last with softcap def to S/L/E/N/F/C, 2500+ hitpoints hard capped S/L Resits and 150% recharge. It does give up some damage but can run the ST chain of GC-SG-GC-GD quite well. Not the best build out there but might give you some ideas. It could be made better by swapping out cardio but the Mrs hates to see her blue bar move and its her toon after all.

Thanks for the updated build Hyper, bit of a mind fart on the Hamis in RI should of been Enzymes to enhances def end and -tohit. I take everyones feedback and have added Cinders back into the build. New build is below (basically Hypers with 2 tweaks). Plays very well so far, soloing +1*8 with out any real problems which is nice. Again any thoughts are greatly apreaciated.

Thanks for the advice guys, I have made some changes to address the end issues and swapped to taking cardiac which looks to make a big difference. S/L Resit is nice and def is soft capped in most places with RI running. Biggest change which I am not too sure about is dropping Cinders and slotting up Bonfire with the Proc and Purple set, but I think give the recharge time on Bonfire (16sec) and the great things I have been hearing about the proc this may be the way to go. Any further thoughts or advice would be great.

Hi all my fire/rad/Soul had just hit 50 and I have spent a lot of time working on his IO build to try to get a nice mix or Recharge,Regen, Ranged Def and Resistance and at the same time creating an AOE monster this build is mainly for 50+ play as I have an IO build for his second build when exemping down. Whilst I have an unlimited budget and a spare set of every pvp and purples set aside for the build I am not sure if I am going in the right direction. My goals are a nice as stated above, great lock down and debuff perma hasten and AM and I have to have soul powers to fit his back story. I am worried about the end usage but I am not sure how to perma hasten if I take cardiac at the incarnate level. Any how here the build any feedback would be great.

Thanks for the response Justaris. I thought about moving the extra slot to fully hit the softcap, but I have found that it is very easy to keep the Temp power from the final DA arc which give 2%def across the board I might relook at this again in the future if I get fed up with running the Dream Doctor arc.
I have both Vigour and Cardiac at T4 but tend to keep Vigour on for the extra Accuracy which helps a lot with the DB combos. I have toyed with both but with the Tanker AO proc going off I tend to hit the Res cap for Ps/S/L peaty quick in a large mob. Again I have both so something I can keep reviewing.

Well the respec is done into build to and its working wonderfully, taking out mobs quicker and at higher levels. One last question, does anyone have any ideas on any way I can improve build number 2? I am using the tank to solo lv 53s*8 mission arcs and to team tank Tfs and mission arcs at all levels. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well looks like most people are pushing me to drop CoF and I think its the right way to go. Whilst I will miss the look of CoF the added AOE and Combos will make soloing a little eaier. I shall be respecing latter this week. Thanks for the input all.

Hi all I have a dilemma. I love my Dark/DB tank its a monster the combos are great but can not stop myself tinkering with the build. At the moment I am running the Build 1 below with Cloak of Fear to debuff to hit and hitting the Attack Vitals as my main combo with Empower thrown in for good measure. However, Cloak of Fear does not seem to do all that much at higher levels, so I am thinking about tweaking the build to include Typhoons Edge giving me another AOE some more combos, and 5% more recharge whilst still keeping all my Def softcaps. That is build 2. I would love some feedback from the forum build master on what they think of the two builds in general, which is better and if there are any other tweaks I can make. Hi all I am trying to build an AV killer toon without usings DM as I have it on my tank. I like the look of SJ as the ST damage looks good and there is lots of room for -Res. However, I am not 100% with the build the rechage looks a little low and the end usage a bit high. I have spares of every purple sets and PvPs as I will be gutting my Fire/SD scrapper for this build. I would love to fit the Epic Fire pool in as well for some AOE but not sure if I can. Any how this is what I have so far, any help the buildmasters could give would be great.

KK worked on the build some more. Key changes swaped out Lev for body mastary to help with end issues post I22, Moved the stalker ATO Proc and Hecatomb to Havoc Punch so I can be hiden more often and hit Crits out of Thunder Strike, added a slot of SS to reduce end as I tend to leave it on and added a slot to JL to grab a bit more Meele Def to softcap it to incarnate level. You are right when I first set out the build I did PvP a little but not much. I have shark attack mainly for the IO from the hold to help soft cap ranged def and the Water Spout just because it looks so cool
. I guess I could drop the hold and swap it out for chain induction which would give me room for anouther purple set, which is nice. Also end is no problem, but if the improved AS hits end I might have to look at changing my Alpha slot to cardio. Also I do not run tough just use it as a IO holder so it does not hit my end.

Should of also said that I have a nice collection of purple sets and PvP IOs and lots of spare cash to update this build so their is no budget restraints. Again thanks in advance for any help or advice, I would love to know how to get Chain Induction into the build and if the ATO set is best placed in Thunder Strike

Hi all following the great help I had in respecing my tank last week I thought I would Post the current build for my Elec/Nin stalker and see if anyone has any advice on how I can further optimise the build for high level play. I tend to solo +2*6 or run him on teams playing on +4. I picked up the new stalker AIO set lask week and was thinking of sloting it in Thunder Strick but was not sure. I would love to get chain induction into the build but have never worked out how.
Any how here is ElecNins build any hints and tips would be great.

Yep think you are right after rolling the Tank proc last night I am going to take one slot off Dark Oblit and add it to T1 to stack the +Res
. Went with your surgested build and its a monster damage is now nice and high just need to T4 my incarnates and he should be golden. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks New Dawn and Mauk2, I like the chanages both of you have surgested and will look to tweak the build when I get back from work tonight. I was just wondering when the new Tank ATO come out were would you slot them? Seems to me they would be best in Dark Oblit or Soul Drain is that right I do not know much about them other than they give a very tasty boost to resistance. Any thoughts?

Hi this weekend I have fallen back in love with my main tank Lord E an invin/dm tank. I was debating rerolling him as a SD/StJ tank to up his damage but could not bring myself to do it. I would like to push him to the max in terms of survivablilty and damage, it would be nice to solo avs but I know that may not be posabile. Anyhow here is his current build for the tank masters to take apart . I did base the build on Bass's super scrapper build but made some changes to include taunt, he does seem very tough but lacks a little when it comes to damage. Any help and advice would be great.

Hi all below is my current TW/Elec brute build that I have been using for the last two weeks. Its has serverd me well and I have no real problems running +3*8 mishs and high level tfs just the odd death due mainly due to user error rather than build. However. I was wondering now that mids have been updated, can anyone surgest any improvments or changes to the build. I do like being softcapped to S/L and would love to increase E/N to 32 and if pos squeze a bit more rechage in as well to perma Hasten. I should say that I have enhanced all the ios in my build to +5 but could not show that mids. This means hasten is only down for about 3 secs.
Anyhow any feedback would be great.

Hi all, since the Hallowen event started, I have gone from quick loads and high FRS and no crashs to constant crashs (just crashed 4 times in one mish in an ITF) lag spikes every 5-10 mins, flashing screen bug and extreamly long loads.
I can play other games with no problem (WoW, Rift etc) but COH just seems to be very glickey. I have recently updated my Radion Drivers on my main PC but I am having the same issues with when I play on my laptop as well.
Has anyone else had the same problems? As is there any chance things will go back to normal for me once the Hallowen event finishs on the 2nds?
I have been playing COH for over 5 years and never have I had problems like this.
If anyone has a fix or work around that may help please let me know.

Lol I know the sparkels are dimmed by using grey coulors, (really not a twlight fan either). Went for EA as the end drain and steath gave me a nice vampy feel. I know he will not touch my two mains but he does look very nice and so far is a blast to play. I have reposted the build below for you.

Hi all after the great help I had with my Axe/WP brute I thought I would post the current build of my rerolled main RP on Virtue a SJ/EA Scrapper (RP as a Vampire) Count De Noir.
So fair the build seems solid but not amazing but I may just of been spoilt by my SS/Fire/Soul brute. The aim of this toon is to run all content via flashbacks TF AE (RP mishs not Farms) both solo and on teams and be able to cope with +2*6 mobs.
So what do peeps think and tips would be most welcome.

Hi all after the great help I had with my Axe/WP brute I thought I would post the current build of my rerolled main RP on Virtue a SJ/EA Scrapper (RP as a Vampire) Count De Noir.
So fair the build seems solid but not amazing but I may just of been spoilt by my SS/Fire/Soul brute. The aim of this toon is to run all content via flashbacks TF AE (RP mishs not Farms) both solo and on teams and be able to cope with +2*6 mobs.
So what do peeps think and tips would be most welcome.
