TW/Elec Brute looking to improve and max out build
I moved some things around, mainly to add a +recharge proc in whirling smash. Added bonus is extra psy resist. I also added a +recharge proc to defensive sweep, as you shouldn't need it for defense. Don't worry about the kismet proc, you should be fine on accuracy (and you have BM for hard to hit opponents). Didn't get e/n to 32.5, but got closer.

TW/Elec Optimization
I'm planning to use something like this on my TW/Elec. Quite similar to your build but a bit cheaper (although it has no focus on E/NE Def). I'm going to be using Power Sink mainly as an offensive-defensive tool (worked quite well for sapping on my DB/Elec) as well as endurance recovery should I need it. I haven't yet decided between Barrier and Ageless for Destiny, but I guess it'll be easier once I get to a higher level and see what exactly is still missing. Pre-emptive interface mostly for flavour.

Hi all below is my current TW/Elec brute build that I have been using for the last two weeks. Its has serverd me well and I have no real problems running +3*8 mishs and high level tfs just the odd death due mainly due to user error rather than build. However. I was wondering now that mids have been updated, can anyone surgest any improvments or changes to the build. I do like being softcapped to S/L and would love to increase E/N to 32 and if pos squeze a bit more rechage in as well to perma Hasten. I should say that I have enhanced all the ios in my build to +5 but could not show that mids. This means hasten is only down for about 3 secs.
Anyhow any feedback would be great.
