Elec/Nin/Lev Build review to get ready for I22
Should of also said that I have a nice collection of purple sets and PvP IOs and lots of spare cash to update this build so their is no budget restraints. Again thanks in advance for any help or advice, I would love to know how to get Chain Induction into the build and if the ATO set is best placed in Thunder Strike
Looks like your build is for PvP? Because the shark attacks are terrible in pve for its activation time and you didn't take Chain Induction? Wait, you took the shark hold power, not the attack. T_T
Chain Induction is my 2nd most favorite attack in Electricity Melee. :P
Well, if you want to squeeze Chain Induction in, I guess you can take Maneuver out. Stalker's Maneuver isn't that strong and that's a lot of endurance cost. You are running Tough/Weave/Maneuver without Body epic? How are you going to last in a long fight?
I don't want to scare you but the new assassin strike will demand a lot more endurance usage. It is an excellent attack that requires much better endurance management to maintain it constantly.
To me, you either have a PvP specific build or a PvE specific build. The in-between builds are just meh... Your build looks like it's in-between.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
You are right when I first set out the build I did PvP a little but not much. I have shark attack mainly for the IO from the hold to help soft cap ranged def and the Water Spout just because it looks so cool. I guess I could drop the hold and swap it out for chain induction which would give me room for anouther purple set, which is nice. Also end is no problem, but if the improved AS hits end I might have to look at changing my Alpha slot to cardio. Also I do not run tough just use it as a IO holder so it does not hit my end.

I'd replace the hecatomb dmg IO with the proc. Most of the enhancement value gets eaten by ED, and the proc ends ep being worth more dmg in most cases. If you have to get the power to the ED cap for dmg, you can always use enhancement boosters on the D/R. You may also want to move it into whichever attack is most frequent in your attack chain (I'm guessing havoc punch) to take maximum advantage of the proc.
KK worked on the build some more. Key changes swaped out Lev for body mastary to help with end issues post I22, Moved the stalker ATO Proc and Hecatomb to Havoc Punch so I can be hiden more often and hit Crits out of Thunder Strike, added a slot of SS to reduce end as I tend to leave it on and added a slot to JL to grab a bit more Meele Def to softcap it to incarnate level. Hi all following the great help I had in respecing my tank last week I thought I would Post the current build for my Elec/Nin stalker and see if anyone has any advice on how I can further optimise the build for high level play. I tend to solo +2*6 or run him on teams playing on +4. I picked up the new stalker AIO set lask week and was thinking of sloting it in Thunder Strick but was not sure. I would love to get chain induction into the build but have never worked out how.
