My family members were interested in seeing it. Alot of my BB's are either waiting for new BB tools or soured by changes. >.> Astro <.< I wish I could inspire him to do another base or at least re-do Q patrol. Such talent that one! since I'm secretly a real life billionare and don't have to work I'll have plenty of time to get some fresh new and awesome things for all to enjoy and steal. Maybe some Labyrinths <maybe not> definitely a throneroom. I'll banter my pals and see what they can submit in the meantime.

that im going to have to agree with. I wish things were a bit more stable. my superteam wont be much use if they have to reboot/verifyfiles/login/ invasion over....

Im going to make it a point that my superteam attends at all times if possible. I'm anxious to test their capabilities.

theres alot going on with importing, animating, making sure it correctly ports with different body styles/sizes etc...

theres that and they have to do what they are allowed. or what they are told by their bosses...

im having a hard time counting the seconds. everything seems to check... well.. sort of...

lightning rod has a 47.39s rech

build up has a 49.09 rech

my global rech without hasten is %57.5 with hasten it is 127.5%

from what ive tested so far it seems both powers rech very close to eachother.

Iv'e questioned the global recharge in error, i think what might be happening is certain attacks from critters might be affecting it. Ive been in several instances when ive used the buildup/ lightning rod combo and while being attacked <by fire damage> the lightning rod charged much slower. I dont know if

ok im not trying to be difficult, but is there a way to actually see the timer go by in seconds? please forgive this is new to me.

im having a hard time here trying to test this. Im going in and out of AE to see if thats it, there seems to be something kinda screwy with the global recharge, but that might just be me. I dont see any timers or any kind of numbers i can watch in game to take screenies of or notes or anything.

ive got alot of global rech set bonuses, LR should charge alot faster than some of my other powers, yet it seems a bit slower... thats all I got for now. Im open to suggestions.
