I think I'm going to slap this tool.
Just because. -
I was gonna say, Aloooooot of people are starting to sound like me, am I a trend setter? Or is this an actual problem?
You decide!
Ciao! -
My grandmother used to read me those books when I was young.
Thank you for the memories.
See you in the afterlife!

I hope you are still reading this Beastyle.
I would like to send you a sincere and very grateful THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for coming to visit the Twisted Burrow and thus having an influence to the team to invest resources to create the new base editing axis tools.
Without you, Zwillinger, and Avatea pooling efforts for your visit I don't think we, the base builders, would have such a wonderful tool to use.
Thank you for your efforts, you will be missed <But my aim IS getting better> -
Quote:Please be kind to the new Assistant Community Manager. He's still kind of new, and you have more than enough time to break him and have him curled up in the corner crying for mercy.
I think as a rite of passage, in order to deal with the community one of the trials that newblood must complete...
....is one trip through the Twisted Burrow with no assistance. -
Quote:That's why I said above and beyond. We need sg's to be relevant to larger groups, buffs for joining, buffs for staying, new and better ways to store items... the list goes on. Better objects to decorate with... I'm stopping now or i'll get everyone derailed.So...in the past few years you have gotten tons of content...remade zones, new zones, AE, Incarnates, Signature Arcs and lots of new trials.
And still, you don't think basers deserve some attention? Really?
Here' the thing...WE PAY TO PLAY as well, so we deserve some catering too. -

Quote:which is... for lack of a better way to say it, all the more reason for the team to go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver something epic. And, yes, I do realize that this sounds like a certain competitor's offering.
Sorry SG, I'm not trying to troll you I just HAVE to put my 2 cents in. -
Quote:I'm not so sure they would actually be able to handle or process the feedback. I'm sure alot of it would rub them the wrong way. It's not a pleasant thing they would be looking at and in order to -properly- digest things, the flow would have to stay constant, which means, the parrots would have to stay in their respective cages and allow people to deliver their feedback unabated and without threat of coming under the crosshairs of anti-feedback birds that seems to perch at every cross section in these forums.Oh, I agree, these threads aren't the best venue, especially not for generalized feedback. I think an open thread on the beta boards would be best. Personally I'm a bit skittish when it comes to PMs.
I've got top to bottom feedback percolating in the thought tank - presentation, products, price points, consumer habits, advertising, promotions, the works. When it comes time to analyze and break down something, I don't mess around.
Edit: It's a nice idea, one I can get behind, One if properly done could actually improve the game...but with the way things are now I just don't see it happening. -

Quote:It's the greedy motivation of name camping that turns people off.Can someone please explain to me why it is so offensive to offer to sell/trade a name?
Say you get an idea one night, you want to make a blaster and do nothing but faceplant. You want to have fun with your idea and want to name it "the face plant" just to find out someone not only has that name but all other variations of that name with a price tag attached, ok so you dip into your funds that you could be using to buy enh, and guess what? out of your price range.
someone is standing inbetween you and your idea for no other reason than petty selfishness and greed<unless you are an rmt trying to turn profit>
I really shouldn't have to spell this out as it is obvious to anyone that draws breath.
Greed= not fun. -
I'm not going to use the tanker ATIO because it can't be slotted into blazing aura, which is odd that the brute ATIO can <in the brute blazing aura>

Quote:I second this.I like the idea of making the "free server change token" more flexible. Specifically, I'd like to see the server change token change into an "account service token" as suggested previously, with the following features:
1 Account Service Token can convert into the player's choice of:
-1 Server Transfer Token
-1 Character Rename Token
-1 Alignment Change Token
-1 Character Respec Token
-10 Super Packs
-500 Paragon Points**
**Specifically less than the 800 the above would cost as conversion into Paragon Points is significantly more flexible. Furthermore, stocking up these tokens and being able to swap them for more than 600 paragon points would allow some "abuse" of stored tokens when any of these services go on sale for 600pp. 500, IMO, seems a reasonable markdown for having full "point" flexibility.

This I also agree with... sort of... I can definitely understand the level of frustration the devs go through. I also think that it probably would have been a good idea to add something like *Caveat- this is geared towards the Premies* I think adding a disclaimer ...or something like that...TO that would have canceled the firestorm.

I'm not trying to start a fight here. I actually agree with some of what she and others have said about giving more options. that's a really good idea and one I can get behind.
That being said, One thing that grates my nerves to no end is when some bully finds it necessary for whatever reason to get up on that skyscraper of a high horse, start pointing fingers at anything that that has a different opinion, and lets loose with the insults and name callings as if he/she were raised to think it's okay to do so to random strangers.
Not cool. -
...now, if we could just get you to take your own advice :P
