Back when Cimerora first came about, there were a ton of holes in the geometry (that were patched quite quickly!), and I slipped a few characters outside. I still have an Elec/Nrg Blaster with recall sitting out there, at the top of the building Nictus Rommy is at. It was a load of fun flying around the giant mountains!
Probably not practical, but would be nifty! -

Omgosh! No! Lvl 1 enemy in Atlas with maxed defense, resistance, and having max damage but one attack that happen every 10 minute. ^_^!!! That so funny!

All I've really gotten out of this thread is that some people have a VERY narrow understanding of what anime is. Really, it's just the Japanese term for animated cartoons and movies from Japan (dunno if Japanese people also refer to Western animation as anime). That Dictionary.com definition someone posted earlier in the thread is just horrible, as just as many genres are accounted for in anime as they are in live-action; maybe more genres, actually. Stuff like Dragonball, Gundam, Pokemon, Bleach, or Sailor Moon don't even begin to scratch the surface. As such, there are very few things in CoH that could strictly be considered "anime-related". Maybe the Mecha Armor, but that's about it.

Music wise I've been induldging my cheesy '70's side. Currently listening to Moonlight Feels Right by Starbuck. I miss the old days of AM radio you could hear anything. You might hear Johnny Cash followed by Clapton and then something proto disco. Zeppelin and then Manhaten transfer or Starbuck. Weird mix of everything. It all seemed so alive now almost every station is the same 15 20 songs all the damn time. -

IO'd/Incarnate Tier 4 (Hybrid Support, Clarion+Radial)
Emp vs NA: NA has dedicated (with endurance/health slotted) Re-gen in one spot during harsh battle that may giving it edge in combative healing/endurance.
However, if against stronger opponents who easily squish opponents then Emp is best for on move/go healing and not restrictive to stand-still healing.
Incarnate Trial? I saying Emp for healing, Mission wise with Elite Boss/Arch Villain or Grouping Multiple targets in one area; NA for one-area heals/buffs always toggled.
