    Ok so i have been on these forums for over 4 years now but i have never had/wanted an avatar. I would now like one and find that i have no idea how to make this happen. Any help you guys can give would be much welcome. Thanks in advance

  3. EMP arrow only does damage if the target is electroinic, I.E. a robot of some kind
    So no it won't light an Oil slick.
    Sadly TA has no way of lighting is own oil slick. That must come from your secondary(for defenders0 or your primary(for trollers).

  4. If you are willing to sacrifice the .63 ranged def you are getting from Inferno you can pick up Fire breath which will up your aoe damage considerably and you can slot it with posi's blast for some extra recharge.

  6. I just whipped this up it makes some sacrifice in slotting in some powers(EE, Stone armor em pulse notably) but it gets you perma AM and hasten and should be pretty surviable. It may need some a bit more tweeking and it'll cost you but it should do what you ask it to.

  9. A little off the wall here but you could try 2 empathy/sonic defenders once you hit 12 and get fortitude you are pretty much golden. The -res from sonic helps you deal even more damage and by 32 your will not ever have to worry about endurance. Also you will be able to have both Auras pretty much up all the time by staggering them and the regen from AB and the defense from fortitude and Stacked manuevers and tactics and assualt you guys would be unkillable killing machines.
