To be honest, I don't know how anyone who has a fair bit of pvp experience (and dare I say is intelligent enough to have learned something from that experience) dies to a stalker.
Jump around all the time, if one manages to hit you, pop a bf. Because you were already jumping, they are surpressed, you ain't. Heal, turn around and beat them like a ginger step child.

Also, try to playing it in the actual zone you are talking about in your arguments instead of just trying it a bit in Bloody Bay and then assuming it's overpowered. Hardly any serious PvP'ers play in Bloody Bay. You'll find out exactly how weak your Stalker can be once you enter into Sirens and are up against some experienced players. -

that's because it's slotted with enhancements. Those things really help -
Elec is good as well. Short Circuit + Transference. Very annoying, but highly situational.
My advice, stick to your character as is to get a bit of feel for playing in PVP. Once you get some experience, you can always choose to roll something else. -
Yeah, the debuffs are good in PVE, but in PVP not many people will be relying on Defense powers, due to the fact that defense has so many "Kryptonite's". Basically Defense powers have 2 weaknesses, defense debuffs and tohit buffs, both of which are abundantly available(anyone has access to Tactics for example). This is the main reason why people prefer Resistance over Defense. Resistance only has Resistance Debuffs to deal with and even then there's less powers that do -res debuff than there are powers that do -defense debuff.
Rad Blast is basically 1 big Kryptonite to any Defense based players, but unfortunately not many people are dumb enough to rely that much on defense. Still you'll be able to floor anyone's defense with just your tier 1 and tier 2 powers. -
I don't like Phase Shift, I think the unsuppressed movement should be more than enough to keep you alive.
You could probably slot another Karma on Grant Invis though. Should give you 20 points of knockback protection. Hopefully the devs don't [censored] them up again and make them not stack. -

you're going out of your way to slot LOTG and you don't think 10% extra recharge is handy? I'd get it. -
you're probably better off just skipping the concealment pool and getting Super Jump and Acro. That way you save slots and you can properly slot Fulcrum and TK as well.

I wouldn't say easier, just different if anything - infact I'd say Fire was easier in the later levels than ice simply due to Fire Ball and Inferno.

and Power Thrust. But nobody has Power Thrust, except /EM Blasters. So you should be good if you only play in Sirens or RV. -

Like TG said, I would focus on a team orientated build, as you really do not have the damage to be able to solo anything in PVP. I personally would focus most my attention on the Kinetics powers first and then get some short animating powers from Rad Blast that can contribute to mezzing and debuffing defense.
From Kinetics I would take everything but Repel and Inertial Reduction(although this might still be handy, if you have the room for it)
I know nothing about Rad Blast, but I would focus on powers that are ranged, animate fairly quickly and either do Mez or a decent debuff effect. I'd get Aim and Cosmic Burst for sure and maybe Neutrino Bolt and X-ray Beam to destroy someones defense.
TG will probably come up with some ideas for slotting IO sets, to give you some nice bonuses. Also, take note that I11 will bring in Defense debuff sets that could make things a little more interesting for your build as well. -

It also has a huge end drain and takes a while to recharge.
Repel powers can be resisted though, with the right buffs/shields and there are hardly enough repel powers in the game to warrant there being more.
The duration of CM though... you mean make it more like Increased Density? That would make is 60 seconds instead of 90. Would make life a lot harder for some Empaths. Maybe that's not a bad thing, although I found keeping ID on a 8 man team perma, pretty much takes up most of my time. Kinda makes me an ID Bot. It would be a lot more bearable with a shorter recharge and animation time though.

Not really. You can only cage one person and even then it's hard to keep it on them perma. If they give -res to caging, FF gets nerfed even more. DOES IT REALLY NEED MORE NERFS?? -

Flares is good now yeah. [censored] damage, but cool animation. I'll probably slot it now on my Dom. Still not taking it on my Blaster though.
I don't know about Fire Blast though. There is a noticeable difference, but it's not game breaking yet. I will have to see how the new Defiance works out to see if it compensates well enough.
Haven't tested Ice Blast yet, but I'm guessing the difference there will be a lot more noticeable. -
