    Something like this maybe? I must add that you demand a bit too much for this character. It's pretty much impossible to have a good PVE and PVP build and NOT have any of the melee attacks. At the least I would get Bone Smasher in there.

    Meh, I find it handy. Defenitely more useful than slotting it for slow, which actually will get in the way of having a nice dense aggro'd group.

    Actually PVE is all about slotting Chilling Embrace with Taunt Duration, then you'll hardly need Taunt. Slow is useful in PVP only.

    I'd slot Hoarfrost with 3 recharge and 3 heal.

    If you slot Energy Absorbtion with some end mods then you won't need to slot end reductions on Frozen Armour and Glacial Armour and you could most likely skip Conserve Power as well then.

    Put at least 4 slots on Taunt, if you can spare slots, six slot it.

    Don't slot Permafrost, you won't need that much fire res. You've got a [censored] load of hitpoints, that's one of your best defenses

    Don't slot stimulant, you can use those slots elsewhere

    Slot Energy Absorbtion with at least one End mod, preferably more. It's ok to slot with Def Buff, but I wouldn't put that many on there, especially not for PVP.

    Slot Build up with recharge FIRST, then slot with Tohit if you have spare slots. You already have good to hit from Focused Accuracy.

    I'd slot some heals on Hibernate.

    Six slot Focused Accuracy. 3 tohit and 3 end reducs.

    Don't get jump kick, it's beyond [censored]. Combat jumping is King in PVP.

    The thing is, mass confuse is longer range, higher target limit, longer duration(?) and doesn't cause aggro, unlike seeds.

    Yeah, but that's why it's a Tier 9 power instead of something like Tier 4 :P. I think the duration is about the same on both powers and the difference in target limit isn't really that much of an issue(you hit about 10 with a cone and 16 with an AoE?)unless mobs are really close together, or you specifically herd them together.

    Personally I would enjoy something a bit more spammable as my Tier 9 power.

    Don't Plant Dominators get like Perma Mass Confusion at lv8? Maybe the devs could really look at the recharge of this power. Would it really be that overpowered with a base recharge of 60 secs? I might actually get it then.

    Terrify Slotting

    I would only slot end reducers on it if I would be spamming it, but that's not possible with the recharge it has.

    I really think the slotting would be different depending on secondary. If you were /kin I'd probably slot for damage as Fulcrum Shifted Terrify can be awesome.

    Dunno about Trick Arrow though. I'd probably go for a combo of Fear, Recharge and maybe Tohit Debuff. Not sure how good the Tohit Debuff is though.

BU+AIM works for about 9seconds of the duration, true enough, but the for the unbuffed portion, you are still talking about a nuke that is over 40% more damaging unbuffed. Compare 2 fulcrum shifted nukes and then Blizzard is clearly, unquestionably, the most damaging.

    That's all nice and all, but it simply doesn't work like that in practice. You can't get 9 seconds of Aim and Build up out of Blizzard, as the animation is already 2 seconds. So you get 8 seconds if you can drop aim+build at the same time, which is not possible. Then you still need to target. So I'd say 6 seconds of buff total, maybe seven if you're really quick. If you calculate that in, Blizzard will most likely not be as damaging as you think, but it all really depends on how much time you can get out of the damage buff.

    Also, Blizzard is still DoT, so that means that mobs will regen during the time it's active, maybe even use a self heal, or healing aura. While this doesn't lower the damage done, it does however increase their survivability. Burst damage is much more useful in pratice.

    Now I will agree that, if you have like a /Kin troller backing you up, Blizzard can be awesome with Fulcrum Shift, but I never questioned that.

    I miss the Pre Ed Blizzard. That actually could be awesome at times.

    I've CE 3 slotted with Taunt duration at this time. I was just too lazy to change the slotting just for this post [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. For PVE it's always 3 slotted with Taunt Duration. As for slotting Taunt with Taunt duration, I was actually planning to spam both Taunt and Challenge for perma Taunting in PVP. I'm changing around the accs for Taunt duration in PVE. I reckon, with Taunt, Challenge and Punchvoke I should be to keep most aggro of the squishies.

    This is simply false. It MIGHT be true if you gained the damage buff for the entire duration of the nuke, but you don't. So an instant damage nuke with aim+build up will always outdamage a DoT nuke with aim+build up.

    The only advantage of Blizzard over other nukes is that it's not affected by AoE limits.

    What do you mean? Hibernate can be used more easily that Aid self in a fight and outside of a fight you can just use rest. You worried about losing aggro or something? In my experience that really doesn't happen that quickly when you've slotted CE with 3 taunt durations. So the time spent in Hibernate doesn't affect the mob aggro as much as you might think.

    I'm sure aid self can increase survivability, but seriously is survivability that much of a problem? I know it's not for me. The times I've died on this toon were mostly the result of chance, like when the game decides that your defense is taking a break and everything hits through it at once, resulting in insta death. Aid self won't help you with that.

    Getting Aid self is a bit of overkill isn't it Max? If you just slot some recharges on Hibernate it's up quite quickly.

    Changes between PVE and PVP:
    <ul type="square">[*]Slot at least one Deff buff in Energy Absorption for PVE[*]replace all 2nd accuracy enhancements on attacks for end reductions in PVE[*]replace slow enhancements on Chilling Embrace and Accuracies on Taunt for Taunt Durations in PVE[*]You could probably lose Permafrost as I only take it for the added slow protection in PVP. Maybe replace it with Swift or if you have enough slots, Whirling hands for nice PVE AoE[*]You could skip both Challenge and Superjump and take something more PVE oriented in there[/list]
    This is not a very solo friendly build as you really lack damage until around lv 35+. It's great in teams though. I've also not slotted 2 armours for end reduction, as Energy Absorption takes care of that problem.
