Okay, I don't have a build on hand, but I will give you advice. Being only ranged is a good option on archery/energy. You get boost range, build up, and power boost. I do advise taking total focus, although it's melee, it's extreme damage.
Snap shot is low damage, and you will always have an attack to use if you slot your arrows right.I'd say all but snap shot to be honest. You will be a single target blaster mostly, right up to getting Rain of Arrows, at which point you will be an AoE damage dealer.
I would advise fly from personal experience, but I guess leaping is more numerically good, and you get immob+hold protection, ontop of the knockback protect they both have. However, I love the safety of hover in combat.
You could also use some of the power picks from skipping the melee attacks to get the SS+Stealth combo, very handy for fading into the background in fights, and hasten really helps those later game AoE combos shine!

Something like this maybe? I must add that you demand a bit too much for this character. It's pretty much impossible to have a good PVE and PVP build and NOT have any of the melee attacks. At the least I would get Bone Smasher in there.
Something I must say though, is that if you skip most of the blaps, you can go without stamina. The energy attacks are end heavy, while the archer ones are light. This allows for more powers. My problem with that build is, where's explosive arrow? Stunning Shot? Those are all handy for the ranged blaster, and you can put out stamina for them, and one more power, I'd advise move ranged shot earlier and take total focus. If an enemy runs up to you, you hit that, they're stunned and heavily damaged.
yeah i forgot about total focus , so i guess sloting is 2 acc and 3 damg in all attacks , and some reachargs in build up, aim, hasten and rain of arrow ?

I might take those for PVE only build, but not if you're planning on doing any PVP. Explosive shot is a fairly low damage, high end cost AOE, with a MASSIVE animation time. That's just asking a Stalker to AS you really. Same goes for Stunning shot, massive animation = insta death in PVP and it doesn't even have a 100% chance of disorient, so skip it.

always get Bone Smasher before Total Focus, it's lower damage, but a much better attack overall. Fast animation, lower end use, quicker recharge and still great damage.
You don't need 2 acc in the archery attacks for PvE, one is fine, and Rain of Arrows has a huge built-in +acc that you don't even need acc in that (For PvE!) Explosive arrow is quite fast, does the same as fistful, in fact it does more against those common lethal resistant enemies, due to the energy component. Personally not tried stunning shot.
And if he's a pure ranger, surely a big damage melee attack that stuns well would be better as a 'last resort' for the enemy that comes into melee?

No, because you can kill someone in the time he triggers Total Focus and before it actually hits. The animation is too long. I've gotten 3 attacks off in PVP fights before the actual damage of Total Focus was applied, killing the target and actually nullifying the damage of Total Focus. Don't underestimate the speed at which a squishy can be killed. Total Focus is not as uber as people think it is.

I also would strongly advise against this. Both those attacks together will drain you of a quarter of your End bar. You'll end up gasping for air REALLY quick. Even worse if you add Total Focus as it's a huuuge end drainer.

I don't recommend running any blaster, except maybe Elec/Elec without Stamina.
Well, my archery/energy does fine in pvp, without stamina. Sure, I don't actively go into combat much, doing a more BU+Aim Snipe+Blazing arrow combo, but that works to kill most squishies for me. Melee=death for a blaster. Stun from the secondary might be handy, if you're knocked from the skies or something, with -jump -fly or whatever, you could have a go at stunning arrow followed with stun, which would have a chance at giving you an escape route. Just a thought.

Not really for a */Energy. Although too keep this OT, i'd personally say go for it without any Melee attacks. Would make a great lil concept IMO, and with all the self buffage, would be quite nice too see in action.
If you're keeping stamina and avoiding melee attacks. MAybe you could slot;
3xdmg
1xAcc
2xRange
in all your Ranged attacks. It'd give you an extra dimension to your play and could catch out some people (especially once you hit 35 and get boost range).
Arch has an inherent +acc (however small), so 1xacc should hopefully be sufficient. (for PvP you'll be firing off Power boost, Aim, Buildup anyway so....)
The only power your primary will gain from Power Boost is Stunning Shot. So either take both, or take neither, your call.

Might've missed a slot somewhere in there but it'll be a jump in hurdle or a run in sprint if i have.
This works well in PVE for both Single Target and AoE damage, does have some trouble with soloing Bosses sometimes because of animation times and a lack of control though.
For PvP it's envisaged as a team-based MM/Dominator/Corrupter killer and works very well in that role - basicly hang around off to one side of the main mass of the team and snipe/blazing arrow the support troops whilst they're occupied with the main melee. Stunning shot is used to drop flying or hovering squishies to the ground for finishing off. After that you help bring down any brutes who stick around in melee with some fast burst damage or chase after any runners - Blazing Arrow combined with SJ makes the build into a VERY nasty chaser of injured stalkers.
As i've said before Arch/Energy is not a monster build like Ice/energy can be(or indeed any blaster with well synergised ranged and melee), and any blaster who completely neglects melee is limiting their potential somewhat, but it is fun, different and can deal out enough quick hurt to make anyone think twice.
For the future i'm going to experiment with adding 2 recharges to each of snap shot and aimed - if i'm running the numbers from nofuture correctly then BU/Aim/Snap/Aimed/Snap/Aimed/Blazing (with hasten) should do more damage than the standard BU/Aim/Ranged/Blazing combo
and allow a jump between each shot to reduce rooting time somewhat.
I'll most likely go munitions mastery for epic simply becuase i want to play with LRM missile then once i hit 50 i'll hit test and try and come up with a full-on PvP build.

and snap shot ? know its a weak attack but it recharges fast and if im only ranged . ??
