I think you have interpretted it wrong. It will always say that until you accept a raid invite. Then you can click on raid and join. Try getting someone to challenge your sg to a raid and see if it accepts then.

The reason why Gatling appears quite alot on that list is due to the sheer amount of pvp that he does - its a shame international challenge doesnt seem to take place now as that show you just how high the pvp bar can be raised. Duals dont really mean you are great at pvp because alot of the time its paper scissors stone. When you 2 fairly balanced teams going at each other, thats when skill and good teamwork tend to decide matchs and who is infact good (and its alot easier to judge people this way in my opinion).

Aye. But everyone else seems to ignore mentioning any villains which either means there are none that stand out or people are not experiencing the delights of villain pvp.

Im waiting to see one mentioning villains as they have been neglected so far.

I've basically got the Supercomputer in at the moment along with the SG Computer and that's about it. Looking at the workbench, it seems the next upgrade available is the Autonomous Expert but at 20mill, it's a little out of my price range at the moment.

While we're at it, can someone explain how defence placement works? I have a choke point and have defences in there but i've noticed a few other bases that have defences in the control/power rooms etc. I'm guessing you have to have the 'secure' versions of the rooms to put defences in them?

You sure its 20 million. I thought it was about 7.5 (off the top of my head). With regards to defences in other rooms - yes its a more secured version of a particular room.

Busy weekend we lots of us doing various taskforces. Managed to do 2 myself whilst others attempted but failed to complete the recluse strike force. Seems like most of the sg is badge hunting at the mo in an attempt to not be outdone by each other. I managed to finally get forces of nature so will crack on and attempt to hit 50 (Lord Torment may have beat me but cant let Kinslayer as well ).

Where it says Substitute (team 6 and 7) does that mean we have to find one or will there be a set sub?

I dont think I know anyone that has refused someone because of there powers. I do try and give my teams abit of balance but just because for an example you cant heal, dont mean I wouldnt have you in my team.

You really think that? I dont really know you so I can't comment but think thats just paranoia. I wouldnt know what else to put it down to. I mean if that was the case many people would ignore corruptors because they chose the wrong powers. The amount of people that I know (or have teamed with) that have ignored some of there most useful powers such as a thermals secondary power like thaw is amazing. I think most people go by who they know and if no one is about then start looking else where. I would seriously hope that was what happened with yourself - otherwise I say you hang about with the wrong crowd as I haven't witnessed such elitism and I play CoV a hell of alot.

Think the first EVIL Wednesday was a success. Many of us have created aload of new alts (most with the name evil in the name e.g Evil Max. These toons are all either dominators or corruptors as there are so few of these types.

Was good to see a nice turn out for this weekly event. Our team was able to smash there way through the early snake missions causing lots of destruction. Lord Torment gets his place in Evil Wednesday history by being the first to face plant. Most of us are now threat level 6/7 and the current plan is to try and get all of us to find space for the leadership pool in order to stack some major buffs on ourselves.

Cant wait for the next session .

Hmmmm we playing the same game? I dont seem to have any difficulties normally getting a team. Sometimes you have to be pro active but once you start getting a couple of teams you find people will start to look out for you. Or simply take charge and form a team yourself - just look on search for people around your level and ask if they would like to form a team. Being a leader is not to hard, all it means is you get the final decision.

Dont know if any forumites have had the pleasure of one of my PUG's but normally they pretty good. Of late I seem to do mostly sg teaming but I welcome the chance to meet new players (instead of avoid like the plague like alot of people).

I think one of the problems people seem to be having is supergroup related. Have they taken advantage of being able to have 10 coalitions? That way when asking in coalition chat for a team you have more chance of being invited.

That is only for one on one's though. Each AT has its advantages and disadvantages which have a great affect on how well they can do when dualing. If you try looking at just results and figures you will get a very disorted picture. Having some nice statistics help but is no measure for rating whose top gun.

Anyway I have to have a good think about who's top gun as been blessed with many beatings from alot of top people .

Well our fight with super union when as I thought it would be - total villain massacre. But hey, we get our revenge one day. Great to see lots of us turning up for it. We were going to have a base raid to see if would make it any more even but for some reason was very buggy and alot of people had been having troubles (mass dc's and kickings from our base) - one person (black jon bludd) lost alot of there badges which made me decide not to go ahead with it. Instead we had afew teamed sg fights which were alot more enjoyable and close.

Current base plans is for more defenses so just saving up the prestige for that at the moment. I cant wait to base raid once that got afew more defenses and actual base raids are fixed.

One other bit of news is Order of Reckoning have broken the coalition between ourselves. Since alot of Order of Reckoning decided to split and join us, Devils Henchman would like to cut any ties he had with these people. It shouldnt make too much of a difference to ourselves but thought best let you know anyway.

P.S. Woot we got a flame by our thread - over 5000 views .

Sounds good. May have to make ourselves a little promo video and show blasters how face planting is really done .

Well in the mean time it just allows everyone to build up there bases abit more. It appears that ourselves have been left behind in the defense stakes which I am addressing. By the time they get there acts together Im sure myself and many others will have a nice little set up.

Well I dont reckon Black Jon Bludd will have a right up to date version (thats if he has one on the test server). Hopefully he be able to get them back - I know one of the badges he has missing is for an accolade he has got. Remember matey, you had the nigh indestructible badge as well .

Woohoo first villains on union to complete the recluse strike force - rock hard it is too. Managed to do it before they made it easier by changing the regen rates etc. Gonna take a break now (10 hours solid and need some food). Let the farming of this strike force commence!
