has happened to me. went to hospital in the middle of the raid and lost 30 badges...

gone and some are even now replaced with half full bars

DO NOT raid until further notice if you are a badger

Additional bugs we saw tonight to add to Jon's (which is the most serious and imho a game-breaker for all badgers)

Several of our players got debt from MM pets during attack

Several base items (Circuit breakers and teleport beacons) were destroyed in the raid and did NOT repair at end of raid. This could have been very costly if it were crafted items that we'd lost as you had to sell and replace them to get them working.

I've /bugged these but please be careful guys before raiding at the moment Seems its still pretty rough around the edges.

That aside - thanks to Violators for err Violating us :P

isnt that what they are asking us? Heres a ton of code, we dont know what it does and cant be arsed to test it (like the AV buff) so they throw it on live and wait for answerd.

I remember someone else losing badges a while ago (might have been coin?), a GM and a copy of the character on the test server (with the badges) was what was used to get them back iirc.

Well I dont reckon Black Jon Bludd will have a right up to date version (thats if he has one on the test server). Hopefully he be able to get them back - I know one of the badges he has missing is for an accolade he has got. Remember matey, you had the nigh indestructible badge as well .

I'm sorry to hear about you losing your badges Black Jon. I took part in the raid (for the Violators) and died a few times (once during defending and twice during attacking). I didn't check my badges after but I will do tonight. I will also ask my VG to check theirs. It's such a shame that they can't get raids right as they have so much potential.

Again I'm sorry about the loss of the badges, it really sucks.

yea.. its a damn shame.. i know BJB said this during raid (at 1st he lost ALL badges, but most got restored later) and i really hope devs can make an effort and check their data-bases and restore ur badges.

Same goes for the debt.. they did fix the turret-give-debt bug some patches ago, but it seems that in i7 we got a bug with the new PvP-debt system, that has sneaked into the raids where there are no NPCs.

I would like to smooth things up for BJB as well and give a compliment to the devs for the new HP/dmg-res system on equipments, it has really changed the balance in raids and will make IoP worth the bother of trying to defend, even for smaller/weaker SGs, thus making the total game-experience alot better.

small notice: do any1 know the dmg (unbuffed) dealt by scorpions suproise turret? i tried t find this out last night, but failed to see the dmg-count in combat.

Anyway. great fun last night DoVS and it was very fun, and im glad we all where happy and playfull, even tho the presence of debt and BJBs unfortunate badge-disposal.. not sure if our badger (doctor Dust) had any badges missing... but im sure he will let u know if he did. i hope it all sorts out for ya.

Re the scorp damage I saw it do about 5 ticks of 56 (or was it 64) to a brute in granite armour when we tested them in our base... This compares to 1 blast of 106 for an elite ice cannon - both with same number of damage boosters.

Note the scorps use a LOT more power though (500)

There's a video of them in action somewhere towards the more recent end of our thread (one of my posts) if you want to check those numbers.

That is of coruse, if we ever see it. I still chuckle when I look at my CoV box and one of the main bullet points on the back is about bases and raids.

We're up to 8 months from launch and it's still not there. I did think we'd get it in I7 but it's getting beyond a joke now.

Well in the mean time it just allows everyone to build up there bases abit more. It appears that ourselves have been left behind in the defense stakes which I am addressing. By the time they get there acts together Im sure myself and many others will have a nice little set up.

well, a GM is currently replacing my badges as i type. apparently is is a known issue and is EXTREMELY rare, and affects any instanced mission not just base raids...

Is it worth posting this "known-issue" somewhere else so that more people will be aware of it, especially as its not confined to base raids and could happen to anyone in any instanced mission?
