The Player Event Resource Committee would sincerely like to thank everyone who competed in Mr. and Ms. Paragon Universe. The Server winners were each asked to complete a demo-record of their powers, character text, concept, etc. which the judges watched together. The effort put in by each server winner was just amazing. It was beyond difficult to name a winner! We met on December 3rd to acknowledge their effort and announce the winners.

Just a thought... if you pulled a slot from Web envelope and add a Def/End to maneuvers you could be at soft cap and be a little better on end too. the 3.75% recharge you get from the 5th slot in web envelope is not much.

If you are not a finalist and just wanted to watch, then we will be on the test server at 5pm est on December 3rd and it will be more of an Awards Ceremony at that point. (Judges will be watching the demorecords of each finalist prior to the 5pm deadline) -
For a long time I have wondered the minimum number of people needed to complete a Hami Raid (assuming no temps such as nukes or heavies). I went to Paragon Wiki and saw that the record was 13, so I thought, "Hey we're Victory, we have our own emote, let's do 10!"

We were in the goo for about 1 hour and 15 min from start to finish using no shivans, no nukes, no heavies, no temp powers from the market. Had a few regroups for buffs, but no league wipes.

Maybe when tanks get Energy Aura or something. There are so many attack types and not enough armor types

I used to have this issue a long time ago on my laptop. I am trying to remember what I did.... I know I ended up with it freaking out and turning into a big silver block lol.
A thought... if you play in full screen mode, try changing to Windows mode and see if that helps. -

Everyone else who attends will be bidders. Bidders will bid upon those being auctioned for a chance to win them (or the experience being auctioned). As a bidder, you agree that you have the amount of influence/infamy available to you, and are willing to play the game with the person that you are bidding on. The minimum bid for any character will be 5 million influence/infamy. You may pool money or switch to other characters as needed. Auctionees may bid as well. All winning bids must be paid immediately.
*Jackpot/Door Prizes*
Any influence/infamy received will be given to banker for holding. At the end of the auction, 50% of the amount that has been generated will be separated into 5 different pots. Door prizes will be given out intermittently.
All participants will be assigned a number when they enter into Pocket D (those being auctioned may get a number as well). There will be no additional numbers assigned 10 minutes after the start of the event. We will be in Pocket D 30 minutes before to start handing out numbers.
YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
1st prize: 45% of the amount generated
2nd prize: 25% of the amount generated
