Just a thought... if you pulled a slot from Web envelope and add a Def/End to maneuvers you could be at soft cap and be a little better on end too. the 3.75% recharge you get from the 5th slot in web envelope is not much.

aww man. the best thing about kin defender's/corr's is the nuke. cap your damage>nuke>transference.

and who uses snipes anyways

I would drop a acc from Fulcrum
I would drop a rech from Siphon Speed
and i would drop a Decimation from Fire Blast (keep the slot if you want but replace with a Centriole or something to round out your number's)

Transference seems over slotted. If yer gonna 6 slot it, might as well get the 5% recharge from Efficacy Adapter.

Those are my preference's but it looks fine as is. I'd def keep the nuke tho.

I am by no means an expert on anything kinetic.

But, why not consider losing the kin combat set in brawl? Add a 6th slot to your nuke and get the same defense %'s. You would lose some hit points, but let's be honest, that's not why you're using kin combats in brawl.
