  1. the main problem is not dmg or pets its end cost they use too much end. 45 per buff. Maybe they should make it give 2 powers 1 for all pets at 45 end and 1 for single buff so you dont have to waste soo much end. all powers MM are like 20-30% [not shure the numbers but its close to] more end costing then other AT version sets. I would rather resummon and not here my end drained sound then have a buff to pets or dmg [ninja really do need buff though super reflexes LOL bots have more def then them and punks more then them with leadership skills]Cause as you sit there wait for end to come back summon the team has gone threw 2-3 mobs. So thats my ideal on how MM should get buffed.

EDIT. fyi long time ago MM had same end costs as other AT yes single buffs made starting MM up long but thats why they also added group buff but zoning pets made it just a huge waste of end.
  2. ember sheild gives every one but MM a weak 5% res too S/L 6% F and i think 3-4% C but for MM the get a bonus res which is double the strength plus the other one i thins so MM gets around 15% to S/L/F/C which helps keep MM alive if you ask me and nice too have

its kind like bubble on bots or mezz prot on mercs
  3. YEA!!!! they did it again they force us to wait to buy it cause they think we are a threat.
SO with that i say I AM calling them and talking to A REAL person about this cause the party pack did the same so 2 in a row is way to many. They need to make this work the first time not 3 weeks later this is making me hate NCsoft i know if there was any other way to buy add ons other then NC then i would
  4. I too have aperently triggered the risk manager so is trying to buy an add on a risk? LOL

O and if you all didnt know that message "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners" is basicly saying you triggered it oops sorry. You trigger it by doing something odd when buying something but only odd thing is i have been waiting week or 2 now and still get this.

So this leads me to ask is there risk manager to touchy
  5. We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners.

EDIT: after looking again i noticed not many have done this sorry but for any future posters pls dont scream DOOMMM!!!
  8. right now NCsoft is having issues all problems are from the money not being able to come out of cards some how so it will cancel your subscription if they dont get paid. (when i say they its not the card owners its NCsoft) Also people trying to buy stuff like boosters will not work too.

  10. does any one know if operating system or virus protection progams are effecting this i runing on win 7 64 bit / webroot antivirus this is to see if there is another link with that or if its JUST the store so to test put yours down maybe we can narrow it down for them to fix

    Pets for PvP

I have Smacked my share of people around with Ninjas they do great dmg just dont survive as easy as others. Also my bot MM does do good but takes a little longer to kill stuff but they survive better then ninja MM pets
  14. OK so this is my build what you all think? (side note: im not looking for expensive so i dont normaly put purples or PVP in my enhancments Mostly because finding them or buying them is hard) but if you know any thing that is worth it but not to much

  15. Ooops i guess it would help if i said what i made :P its a mind/thorn dom.
its for i would like to do is zone pvping.
  16. Ok so i have this Dominator hes geting close to lvl 50 and im just starting to get my epic powers and all that. SO i have to ask:
Which epic pool and why (i was thinking mace for PFF and poison ray but when i use it in PVP i can only get a max def of 20%-21%) Also i have a mids build if you want to see it ill post it(maybe you can figure something better then i did).
  17. This is not saying they will never run in to melee again they all do have a melee attack or something that they need to be close to us. So dont freak out if they run in.

Now I have more flexibility to do things like solo BNY missions at x8 and start at -1, upping the diff on each pass, til I get killed.

Every player is going to vary in their play style, but MMs are (more so than many ATs) not for everyone. They need a very different mindset, have their own finesse, PARTICULARLY on teams. But, as stated before, if you're relying on an MM to heal your butt, you should have PUG'd with a Corr. MMs that have an ounce of sense are debuffing your opponents, buffing you (if that's an option), tying up annoying ambushes (i.e. "distractions"), harassing the LTs around the EB/AV *you're* fighting (i.e. "other distractions"), throwing their disposable minions in harm's way, and healing THEM so they keep the heat off of YOU.
Short version MMs are self teams. Also MMs are villain side tanks(or atleast the ideal was to be). Glad some one understands this.
  19. You know i was just thinking of these but that may be why we have so many MMs that have no clue of how to play them because they no longer have a set role to play in villain side any way team.

Stalkers:act more like blasters but are now used more like scrappers
Brutes: act more like scrappers but are played like tanks and have a taunt and punchvoke which makes then act more like tanks
Corrs:Act more like defenders but are played like blasters sometimes
Doms: well they do act and seem to be played like controllers
MMs: where made to be alpha takers (aka tank) but because of the player base didnt
accept it like that they lost there main reason to be teamed with.

We can all agree MMs are not first picks to most teams cause of the randomness in how they are played this may be the reson why so many players play MMs so different. Cause i have had MM act more like defenders blasters and even tanks some did good some didnt. I also agree its more on how they are played then what powers they have. So from one ramble to and ideal ramble maybe this can give another point of view on the MM not healing or doing what one or another person thinks they should be doing.

/Poison's big problem is that the two core powers of the set - Weaken and Envenom - do no damage and don't even have a particularly noticeable visual effect. Until you look at what they're doing under the hood so to speak it's easy to get the impression that they're not doing much at all.

(Or until you get hit with them yourself. In a PvP duel a /poison MM hit my stalker with Weaken. My primary was Ninja Blade/ but for the next few attacks I felt like I'd repecced into Kitten Melee/.)
Why does every one think MMs are easy when there not that easy? You have to be multi focused if you want to be a GOOD MM yes, but compared too other toons they can be a challenge really challenging if you have a full team to help also.

MMs as they stand now drain so much end with super high end costing powers and low effect its sad. MMs where made for the villains to act like a tank by buffing there pets not like defender/controller/corrupter. MMs are awsome toons if played right and built right. I wouldnt want a MM to be my defender in a battle because of the lower debuff/buff stats but i would want them for dmg like a blaster/scrapper or tank if they can but now with the end drain they get its hard.

... ok sorry to ramble on its just some people get MMs to join there team for buff/debuffig and think they should be buffing the team only not doing dmg or tanking and the MM is so much more then just a buff/debuffer.

Fail = Getting butt sore and/or emo over pvp in a MMO. Take the game for what it is, a game and realize this crap means nothing to anyone in the real world. If you take it for anything more than that you fail at pvp.
i think they need to remove droning and just put up walls where hero to villains cant fight or enter kinda like in warburg with hero and hero fighting where it turns off your target to them when you get close the boat / flyer.
it is a sad tactic to use. its used on base sitting but its not like you cant go around the base sitters.

Which AT is the Most survivable out of all AT's?
Which AT does the best balancing Hitting hard and surviving being hit hard, being held, and or immobed?
MMs can be very survivable but it depends on what you do arena is very in zone is a little tougher but they can. They also do awsome dmg vs how long they can last and with pets the dmg goes down slowly but constintly.
