Hence why they were removed as an option. I'm guessing it was something they missed when porting the set from Brutes, which have a taunt effect in their attacks.

Quick tip for big fun.

1) Go to Warburg.

2) Launch Rocket.

3) Find sizable spawn of hated enemy group.

4) NUKE THE CRAP OUT OF IT!!!

That sounded like it was fun. Either way, that was a hell of an entrance for the Ryats.

I've been meaning to ask, especially with the last chapter, where did you get the idea for "Is this the road to Reno? Are you the Messiah?" It was an awesome scene there.

It's a great story Grey. The only thing about the new chapter is, now I'm racking my brain to figure out which Powersets Jay and Bob would have.

Recluse: Excellent! Let's get a jail break together, whoever it is can take him out for me!

Step Two:

Recluse: Damn. That Destined guy still hasn't taken out that hero. Well, we have that new time stuff. I'll send whoever is left from that breakout into the future, so they can fix it so no matter what I do, I WIN!

I suppose it's a credit to the game that the suspense over VEATs and powerset proliferation might kill some of you. But seriously... manage it. It's not like you can really do anything with the information when it hits, anyway. I really don't see the point in getting all worked up over something you can't control or change, even when you do get it.

Generally, my belief is that some information, even it's "we don't know yet," is usually better than no information. But they ARE giving us information, so it seems to me that complaining about the order it's being given in is just silly. You will get it sooner or later. Provided you're still alive after that terrible suspense ordeal, of course.

Actually, the bolded bit isn't necessarily true. We could always make the new sets old news before anyone even tests them.

If the closed beta really is almost a month out, and we had all the power sets now, it's very easy to see people making up their minds as to what the sets can do before they even test. In some cases, even deciding that their conclusions are so certain that it's not even worth testing at all. Obviously a bad thing, so the devs aren't going to give us the sets until they're ready for us to test them, at least in closed.

Teams are usually formed at the meeting spot, but don't be afraid to form your own. There are always numerous people broadcasting LFG.

The veil locks out capes. However, you can have a cape or wings with the jacket... on females. But on males it locks out the back options again.

One comment, Bow Tie (Shoulders) for males and Huge already exists. If it's now available for Female characters, that would be a new addition.

And a question to go with it: My first thought on seeing these was that the jackets would be in Trench Coats, to lock out capes, but apparently, they're plain Jackets, AND there's the Wedding Veil. Is it possible for Female characters to have the Veil, Wedding jacket, AND a Cape?
