I spent alot of time on Virtue and made a few friends here. Would like to welcome any of you who have alts or mains over on Exalted to swing by tomorrow for an event if you have free time!

I've created a website (Very ugly ATM, but I don't do webdesign, I do code), that will allow Windows, and Mac users to generate Custom Login Screens for CoH!

Upload a image, crop it, and it will spit out a zip file with your new login screen.
1. Right-click the City of Heroes application and select "Show Package Contents".
2. Open the Contents, then Resources, then transgaming, then c_drive, then either "coh" or "Program Files" and then "coh".
Unzip the file from the site, and drag the "data" folder into the folder you just opened. Now launch CoH, and you should see your new Login Screen!
Windows users can just navigate to their CoH install (C:\Program Files\NCSoft\City of Heroes or C:\Program Files(x86)\NCSoft\City of Heroes) by default, and drag the data folder from the zip into that directory! -

I've been working on a Stone Stone Brute and I've been toying with the idea of skipping Granite Armor. Mainly because I can't make a Crystal Granite Armor. Everythign else I can fit to his theme.

I could have sworn I'd tried it before and had it work, but I just tried it now and it indeed did not. Maybe I was confusing it with First Ward. At any rate, it definitely would be nice not only to be able to run have runs with have not runs in ouro but to just be able to repeat the arcs in an open team format. I like the idea of Gabriel giving them out on repeat runs.

I'm pretty sure that you can still do some kind of data recovery to get them back from your computer. -

Even Nylonus who isn't all Incarnated out, but has all 5 powers unlocked and at least slotted still calls in air support, ground troops, and medi-vacs while in there. But then again he is just a whimpy blaster.

All the artists are incredible...but Wow, I have to get some commissioned stuff from scarypet. Her skill level and imagination is off the charts.

I had done a series myself, but unfortunately all were lost when the server that hosted mine went away, then my personal computer got a virus. Perfect storm of losing months of work

I am not sure if this was designed this way. I think though in a sense it poses a problem. I am on the Exalted server. I already ran the DA arcs fully through about a week and half ago. Loved them.
Here is the problem.
I wanted to take a team into DA and rerun the arcs for fun. Many of us came to DA, I had mistakenly thought that I could just rerun the arc. After we tried, one person on the team noted that he thought the only way to rerun the arc was through Oro.
So off the team went to Oro.
Sure enough he was right. There the arcs were as missions I could select from the Oro crystal.
Too our surprise I got an error message that stated that we could not run it as a team because at least one or more people on the team (besides myself) had not done the arc in the past.
So..........I could not lead a 2nd run within DA, yet I could not lead a run in Oro.
I really wanted to introduce the arc to the group (not all of them were 40-50) for fun.
Just seemed to be a bit counterproductive to me. The people on the team who had not yet done the arcs in DA, were not quite high enough level to get the arc in DA. Those on the team that were--- had already run it.
Regardless of the process, or the reasons why, lets make things easier for teams who want to run content, even content thats at level 50.
I rarely complain about this game, I love it. That just left a bad taste. The group eventually went about their separate ways. :/

Cimeroran VII Legion now recruiting for first time. This SG base is designed to allow for alts to have a fully functional base with teleporters, enhancement, inspiration, salvage storage, IO worktable.
+ 7 year player and have extensive base building experience, and part of the Basebuilders.inc. The base utilizes a Roman, Cimeroran theme, will feature normal Roman city works.
Always willing to lend a hand with your alts. Send tell if you would like a spot for any of your alts, or main.

I know this is a bit silly. But I think its time. This game now has the mechanics for it anyway. Time for 4 legged (for now) or dare I say it down the road ---- 4 armed body types. Not that I want to become a dog, wouldnt want the flea and tick problems.

I have fairly specific requirements for characters that I enjoy that I have learned over the years. Since I don't play high levels (I delete and start the characters over) they are not usually the top tier sets but some are.
My current favorite is a sonic/dark corr which is ridiculously good. I don't hear it being discussed much, although /dark is known to be top tier.
Down side: Fat, slow, and look like a rock.
