    It also has a max HP buff which imo findly pretty good. Res to everything(minus psi) HP boost, end recovery. Seems decent to me.

    This power caps my shield scrappers HP with just one heal IO in it. Plus it's just a mild crash. I like it alot much better then unstoppable or elude or one of those types of tier 9s. Each their own I guess.

    What to make?

    how about a rad blast blaster/defender/corruptor. A PBAOE and cone by level 6(10 for a defender) and rad blast is one of the best sets for sticking procs.
  4. When ever I hear the "to OP for doms" speech about illusion I think about reactive procs in rains, I think about shields and lightning, footstomps and burn patches. I think about people soloing AVs and GMs, people soloing spawns +4/x8 even before incarnate powers and a duo completing a lambda incarnate trial. I think about that mind/fire dom that soloed the LRSF and warwoks that can solo rikti pilon with nothing more then buffs and heals from an emp.

    This game anything can be OP with the right build and the right IOs and smart slotting. It doesn't even take a genius and that's why I love it(and the whole super heroes thing XD) Please DEVs hear my plea, Illusion for doms for the people!

    But seriously with aoe def that low when/if you decide to incarnate your guy out your gonna feel it in those trials. Alot of heavy hitting AOE are thrown around in those trial not just from AVs but entire boss spawns as well.

    Anyway elude is worthless I think it todays IO age. Especially since SR only needs a few select IOs and the right power picks to soft cap to all 3 positions.

    Have you used a rain with a tier 3 reactive in it? the 50% fire dmg/ 25% minus dmg res

    It is broken, Ihave a fire blaster with rain of fire and what is normally just ticks of 3-4 turns into tick of 3-4 plus tick of 11-12. These ticks continue threw the whole power and as far as I can tell there is no cap on it. Rain of fire is essentially a nuke right now. Broken in the most literal sense of the word. I just wonder when or if it will get fixed.

  18. my main fire/devices blaster I love devices cause its a methodical way to play solo with the trip mines and stuff but gun drone uggggghhhhh. The end cost sucks, the innterupt/cast time is even worse, it can't be buffed by hasten and set bonuses and recharge buffs any more. The only thing it has going for it is with enough recharge you can have 2 out at once.

    I don't like it and want it changed and this is someone whos gone through at least a dozen respecs trying to make it work to finally say screw it, it just aint worth it.

    Please fix this devs I think it could be a really cool power.

    yes I think it's been awhile but, Shut down your computer the bad way hold the power button till it shuts down. Then turn it back on and options should appear ie start comp in regular mode, start comp is safe mode etc. It should stop on this menu hopefully long enough for your keyboard to kick in.

    I had a virus a few months back and thankfully just doing a system restore fixed everything. I didn't even know f8 boots to safe mode so did it the way I just mentioned.

    doubt it. Destiny has those, for the hp buff Rebirth, end buff Ageless, and Mez prot Clarion. It would just seem redundant.
