Why ae the villain maps and hero maps seperated anyway!? It makes no sence at all.. I need a Circle of thorns map... I need it to be random... and I need it large. Pick from all maps available.

Seperating by origin rather then the faction part they where originally made for makes a lot more sense. This is one game now.

Totally agreed... It is possible in character... and it is a huge benefit to the tf's villain side.

Also... everything is being rebuild to make this into one game. So possible co-op zones will be remade in time. But I just like to see it sooner then later.

Last time I did it with the MAC version and it counted the activated time of my account. That includes teh free month.

Vet rewards count activated time and not paid time. And even then a free month is paid time.

From day one there was said that the MA system was not and will never be an easy way to get defeat badges.

So... it is not.

Vampires in COX are non-excistent. So I worked out how they are in here. There will be an arc explaining the thing.

Basically I figured that the real mystical vampires are a bit underground. The council uses their blood to create the Vampyri though. The pseudo-vampires you fight all the time.

Powers by right for a mystical vampire are Dark Melee/Regeneration/Fly Brute. Liz is a witch too... making her a Necromancy/Dark Miasma/Fly/Leadership/Soul Master Mind. But I also have her as a Dark Blast/Pain Domination/Fly Corruptor and a Dark Blast/Dark Miasma/Fly/Leadership/Dark Defender. In my 'Rise of the Blood Countess: The Undead life' she appears as a Dark Melee/Dark Miasma/Fly.

In character I mostly cling to the way Bram Stoker explains the vampire. A dead yet walking creature. Living by emotion and on the blood of the living. It needs blood to survive as the vampire can't tolerate normal food anymore. The digesting system is dead.

The vampire can walk around during the day... but it is not a comfortable environment. And he/she will be severly weakened. Often wearing sunglasses to protect eyes that are not used to sunlight anymore.

Powers include regeneration, unhumanly physical strength, fly/hover, walking on walls, transformation (to bat and/or wolf), turning to mist, hiding in shadows, commanding the lower creatures of the earth. Some have such a powerful mind they can control human brains. A form of mental control often based on lust.

To taste the blood will create some sort of mental link between the vampire and the victum that can span countries. The vampire's bloodlust will make him/her smell blood and recognise it. Like an animal.

But the vampire is linked to the soil that it was burried in. A regular regenrative process is needed. This will only occur when he/she is in contact with this soil. For that the grave they rest in at least a few times a week is filled with it.

The vampire will show physical old age if they allow such as they will rejuvinate their body when drinking blood.

Elizabeth is a woman who enjoys pain and suffering but is highly educated. She can blend in in parties and talks several languages fluently. She is a vain woman though. Still going for the blood bath's she believes help her skin. These days it really does as the blood rejuvinates her.

Hope this small essay helps. I keep this as cannon for Rp-ing my vampire... and most of the Court also keeps to this.

then recreate on the server you want -> load saved cozzy...

lvl 8 is easy reachable and normally not worth the money for the transfer

hmm.. it might take awhile but I wouldn't mind trying that with my lvl 50 necro/dark/fly mm with buffed reg to 350 and +HP to corr level incl all accolade powers.

Youre regen wouldn't be a prob.. I take that down fast enough.

I've discovered "safe mode" on the CoHUpdater which is allowing me to play but with shocking graphics and an 800x600 resolution which I am no where close to happy with long-term.

These days you don't even have to do that. If you install a new gfx card it will automatically take over. Get a cheap card that is ok with COX and run it on that.

Giving a tf to each patron would be the best way to go... it would balance some.

Only prob is that the patrons are standing in GV... and a low level tf given by a patron would be hard to reach.

But it is really needed.

One of the easiest ways to level on hero side is from lvl 10 go and do every tf after each other.. They are even numbered for easy use and check what you have done! Talk about being given on a platter. The villain tf's have contacts you need paragonwiki for just to find them!

I hardly PVP but I am absolutly no squishy in PVP whatsoever....

Necromancy/Dark Miasma

Leadership (incl tactics), TP Foe

IO's build up regen and set my health on corruptor level.

I can survive a one-shot attack (just barely) and retaliate hard. The debuff's really work wel... And the zombies are ress against almost anything. Hardr to take down then you estimate.

The tactics make up for the acc prob on the Dark Miasma powers. And Dark Miasma comes with self-heal and stealth power. A stealth power that hides the whole pet group too. Although most have +perc these days anyway.
