You know what's Epic Fail? The lack of Speed Suits in the Super Science Booster.

I would. But the problem is, all I have in the area to shop from are a Wal-Mart, Office Depot, and Office Max. Suffice to say, my pickings are limited, and the GeForce 8400 GS was on sale, which is why I'm asking. I suppose I can order something from Wal-Marts website and have it shipped to the local store, but I'm not sure what I should look into getting. (Ideally, something under 100 dollars)

No, not limited to a PCI slot, as I've also got an AGP slot. I just can't use PCI Express cards on my current computer. If I could use PCI Express cards, this wouldn't be an issue. But I need something that'll work in either an AGP or PCI slot, and unfortunetly the pickings here are pretty slim.

Currently, I have a Radeon 9600. However, due to an apparent bug in the latest (Now legacy) drivers for it (Plus the fact that some games like Fallout 3 and DoW2 use shaders not supported by the card), I've been having a few problems playing various games. So, at this point I've been looking at replacing the card. Unfortunetly, due to not having a PCI Express slot, I'm kind of stuck on trying to get a replacement.

Now, I did find a GeForce 8400 GS for relatively cheap, and it's a PCI card. Now, does anyone know if this will be a respectable card in comparison to the Radeon 9600? (Ideally, I'd really like to be able to play stuff like Dawn of War 2, Free Realms, Bioshock, and Fallout 3, which I can't with the Radeon) Or would I be better off spending my money elsewhere?

Also, I would like to point out that from what I can see, the Super Science booster does not include Speed Suits.

Therefore, the booster is officially EPIC FAIL.

I thought CoX was rated Teen. The devs go out of there way to gen names and costumes that are inappropriate for the Teen rating. Nothing with a sexual nature or undertone is allowed due to the rating. Rightfully so though. Which is cool an all but what confuses me is now with booster pack 3. They are introducing cross dressing. It potentially opening up a huge can of worms. Now if you changed gender and it applied to all character slots then this would even have come up. but since you can have say 3 slots male and 2 female. Say what ya want but that is cross dressing and i would think that this would violate the Teen rating. Maybe im wrong but i was just wondering. Idk what kinda recourse would happen if a game violated the game ranking but i rather not find out. I enjoy this game very much. its not perfect but its still a great game. Though i think the cross dress is going a bit far. Maybe change it so that when you gender bend it applies to all character slots not just 1 costume slot. Is it possible if we can get some kind of Dev clarification on this issue plz?
