  1. He doesn't attack, but he doesn't move either.
  2. Faultline doesn't like me anymore...

He started out blue, and randomly turned red half way though. I couldn't attack him though.

    DA got back

Well, seeing as it exists on the internet, DA probably has a lot of furry porn and anime porn anyway. You got off lucky.

    Also, lol DA.
  4. Wow, I literally have a boner right now. In fact, two boners.

    New arts!

I haven't really posted any of my art here for awhile, cause I haven't really been drawing CoH stuff.

Well anyway, here is a picture of one of my characters, Shedamei.
  6. I have forgotten that rainbow sherbert was in fact advanced technology that I must destroy in order to give Vanguard a fighting chance.

    Delicious, yet deadly.

In other news, I love the things that the Rikti say during those missions.

Should I post this in the bug forum? Cause these Rikti equipment boxes weren't quite so colorful the last time I did this...
  8. God, LENSFLARE? That is a SIN.
  9. I don't see why you're worried. This place makes Deviant Art seem like a hellish [censored] fest, and that place is already ridiculously nice.
  10. Lol, that's pretty sweet. Just, don't try to sell it or anything. At least, don't sell it unless you have a really, really good lawyer.
  11. There are several problems, I'm afraid.

The head is all messed up. You drew it like a perfect oval. Heads have structure, even under masks and what not. The browline juts out and the eye sockets are sunken in. The nose, obviously stucks out and the mouth also juts out a bit. Umm, faces and stuff are complicated to draw. The only suggesting I could really make is get a statue or a model of a head (or a very accomidating friend) and just draw it a lot. A freakin lot, from a lot of angles. It will help you get an idea of the masses and stuff in a head. You can also sketch skulls. The shape of a face is dictated by the bones. It is like clothes on a body. Except instead of cloth, you have blood and gross stuff.

Also, the anatomy in general needs work. Again, this can be achieved by practice and observation. Draw a lot man! And keep posting it, so people can critique and you can learn.

The abs are a bit off. Abs occur in a six pack formation. Each pack is fairly close together to the other ones. Also, there is a bonus two pack (gimmie a break, I don't know what the hell these are called) on top that are smaller and more triangular shaped. Pictures of abs are pretty easy to find around the net. Just make sure your conservative republican dad doesn't barge into your room while you are looking at pictures of muscular and scantily clad men.

The legs are too small. Legs are more than half of a person's height. Legs are also thick, thicker than arms. In fact, thicker than two arms out together in one super arm.

The hands should also be bigger. Open up your and and compare the size to your head. Its pretty damn big. just because they are closed in fists doesn't mean that it defies the conservation of matter. Besides, who wants a hero with girly hands?

The pose seems off to. His left arm (our right) seems flat on the paper. I'm pretty sure that you intended it to be aiming towards us a bit. you can make this distinction fairly easily by adding a curved line that extends partways into the elbow to show the crease from a bent elbow.

his right leg also seems like it is extending towards us, which would be an incredibly hard pose to maintain. We should be seeing the top of his shoe more, not the flat side, since we are looking down at his feet.
  12. The face is very well done. High five for that.

Unfortunantly, there are some problems with the rest.

First of all, her sholders are incredibly broad. Ridiculously broad even. Her body in general is much too big for the head.

Also, the head and the body seem to be done in different styles. The head is very detailed and drawn with thin lines. The rest of the body, however, is made up of thicker lines and is less detailed than the head.

But seriously, the head alone is amazing.
  13. Meh.

First of all, work on your lines, work on your lines, work on your lines. I usually don't say this to girls, but be a man. figuritively, that is. Have some strokes that go for at least an inch or something before you start going all jagged. The jagged stuff makes it look sloppy and unprofessional. If you mess up on a line, erase it. Or, if it messes up catastrophicaly, get a new sheet of paper. All you waste is a few trees anyways.

Also, the anatomy needs work. For the most part, its ok, the main parts that bother me is her left forearm (our right) and her right thigh. The arm is actually bigger at the elbow and gradually get spaller as it approaches the wrist, unless you have a super muscular arm. This is because the elbow joint is a huge lump that takes up space. The thigh is likewise bigger at the hip. I would suggest defining her left knee a bit more too.
  14. Alright, done. It is just a quick drawing, but to be fair, I did spend a lot of time drawing, however, not much came out of my countless hours in the sweatshop. This was the only halfway decent pic that I drew.

    Oh yeah, Its of Turboski.
  15. OMG! Where?

Here. I'm willing to draw someone's character for free. And I really mean "free". That is, you will have to take a battery of surveys, suffer through countless ads and send in your testicles in the prepaid envelope provided.

So I guess, the first interesting screen gets drawn. I'm not made of time here. I'm made out of cells. Countless cells.
  16. I say "meh". The yellow clashes with the rest of the costume. Also, the golden age style has a lot of bright colors. That blue is on the darker side. I suggest choosing a brighter blue.

    Frankengun, LOL!

What if the much maligned AR didn't look so jacked up? It was pretty difficult to come up with a gun that shoots bullets, shot gun shells, grenades, and flames without ripping off the weird pod guns in the Fifth Element. Well, I came up with a design of how it might look using my megre knowledge of how guns work.
  18. Yeah, GIMP is a good alternative to MS Paint. Well, pretty much any paint program is a good alternativ to MS Paint. MS Paint is like notepad, and things like Corel Painter, Photoshop, and GIMP is like Microsoft Word. Except that analogy isn't accurate either. The sheer power and kickass of Painter, PS and such is so incredible. Most people don't even use all the options contained within their proverbial ice berg tips.

PS, and yes, If you have a cool $300 or so to burn, I suggest getting Photoshop or Painter. I recommend getting a trial first and seeing which one you perfer. They are different, and are intended to be used for different things.
  19. Mmmm, beautiful. Is it just me, or are there strange horizontal/45 degree blue lines in it?

Also, how do you work that crazy backward sword bug? That looks sweet. Sweet, and also tight.

    More pictureness

Switch? Nah, I think that I am worth at least twice that. On the streets, that is.

    More pictureness

    This time with color

Now this is of my brother's character. I know, it looks uncannily like mine. Let me assure you, it was a pure coincidence. Our names are also the result of the same wild paradox.
  22. Sweet, my art made it in "This Week In Art"! I feel unworthy next to 8Baller's Rikti render though. 3D artists get mad props from me.
