I made the Teir 3 Damage hybrid and played around

randomly it would add 50% extra damage
plus another 10% of other damage randomly, plus the 7.5 perma damage bonus

I will definately be upping this to the T4
so this happens more often and more powerfully

hitting 10 targets with my AOE chain will trigger that freq
when farming this will speed up the boss kills alot

I too was an all human WS
Massive recharge and def to all positions
Farmed 54x8 with bosses NP
Some fire tanks would laugh at me for being in AE
I would invite them to watch and they would just stand and drool
As my health never dipped below half and i melted the mobs
I could take down 51 av without lore pets
And general had a great time

Now i want to live the all forms at all times goodness that this AT was supposed to be
I will post my new triform build
Heavy recharge with 4 purple sets plus the new kheld ato
I willget my def from inspirs thanks to inspir combo binds
I cant wait to test my new attack chains
BD mire>DND>DNE repeat for aoe
And
BD mire>GW>DNBlast repeat for ST

I heard rumor that kheldians would be getting 1 or 2 new powers
But not much mor details

I was also going to do a new respec

But if we have a new power or 2 to chose from i will wait
If not then i will respec sooner

So anyone have any more specific rumors?

But since i always keep them in stock on my toon at all times,( routinely re earn them soon after using them) i feel there are part of my build/AT
But i never claimed to be a purist

But with my "cheats" i did take down a lusca tentacle "solo"

Is a gun user cheating if he buy bullets for his gun?
( or plays several 30-60 min missions to earn more "bullets")
With my analogy AIB killed a 12 point buck by beating it with his rifle

Hello, Crazy Emcc here, just got back from long vacation from CoH

reading up on new changes

so new powers for Khelds, eh?

The question is not so much what 2 bright new shiney toys do we want or need

but balenced that desire with what 2 powers would we trade for them

I would prefer a better tier 2 than a btter tier 9

at tier 2, how about a choice of orbit death, or AM, or speed boost

a human power of Accelerate Metabolism or speed boost would be awesome

more Recharge/regen/endurance for me and the fluffy pets, plus more love from my team mates

faster animations for form change, sweetness, let us do the voodoo that we do, more often

my favorite would be change knockback to knockdown
or anything to keep me from knocking my stunned minions out of my Orbiting death, eclipse, or stygian circle range

instead of a choise of ebon eye or grav snare
how about this
a kheldian version of stalagmites! a mass immobilize that deals minor DoT, to stack with my Orbiting death, hmmm tasty.

how about a couple powers that would make us viable PVPers?
Mag 4 hold and a masssive spike damage power
tp foe, now hold still while I do a kheldian version of headslitter ,
"Pwn'd ya by Nictus beotch, now let me hear some nerd rage!"
In PVE ecplise x 4 enemy in range gives us 85% resist, in PVP, 45%, grrrr, while the blaster is capable of getting 75% and has a snipe with a 220ft range and 2 damage boosting powers, sorry way off topic,

so what would you give up?

I have a kat/regent that J's purpled out for massive recharge permahasten
and then I solo pvp with a KAT/WILLPOWER
THE DUAL lasted for ever but the will power won 3 out of 3

I now have fire/willpower and he is awesome in pve and super hard to kill in zone pvp and arena

I am back from a long break
I have a lvl 50 toon that I want to have the 4 accolades that boost HP and End stats

I used to have a sheet that gave me a "road map" of zones to hit in a row to get all the relavent exploration and History badges (wife threw it out)

does anyone know where I can find this

Does anyone know If Mr and mrs Wentworth are running the charity event again this year?

summary

Control group 1,= WS minimum; lvl 50 using Triform build I copied from AiB, but downgraded with SO enhancements, no inspir, no temp powers, no incarnate powers

(AiB build was chosen as it was published and documented to be able to take down an AV)

Control group 2 = WS maximum lvl 50 using a build designed to kill AV, Multi-billion IO enhancements, super inspirs (up to 40 available, 20 in tray+ 20 in email), as many temps powers and pets as I was willing to invest the time and money to get, the 5 current incarnate powers at Tier 4 (in other words, overkill)

(I will redo control group 2 after all 10 incarnate powers are available, stay tuned for a video of me soloing Hamidon ;-)

In between the 2 control groups lies some useful info on which to gage what a WS is capable of

variables include

Your build choices
Your IO's and how much you are willing to spend
You level of inspirs you can afford
Your level of temp power investment
Your Incarnate power choices and tier level

Knowing this people can judge the "wow" or "not wow" factor of entries in the Brag book for a Warshade (I do not have a level 50 Peacebringer yet, so that will have to wait, or someone else as weird /old/eccentric as me can try)

Part of the scientific protocol is then to publish data for peer review, which is why I am posting it here and I must then defend my research and admit my errors and bias and open light for new questions to research

What I will be posting soon of the control group 2 is "Most NOT wow" possible
I am pretty sure I did not even fire off my attack chain once

knowing this, when someone posts a Kheld with no incanate, no pet, no temp power taking down a LVL 53, even noobs (and non-khelds) can say WOW!

I am a scientist by training and I do clincal trials for pharmaceutical companies

The 1st thing to do is establish the extremes
These will be your control groups
to establish the range of possiblities

The low end control group was me with all incarnate powers turned off
Vs lvl 49-54 AV
I timed how long i lasted
Not worth the video or pics

Then I did it with incarnate powers ON but no lore pets and I was able to take down a lvl 50 AV

Then turned on lore pets (cimerians, tier 4) and was able to take down a rikti pylon in just over 2 minutes and a lvl 51 AV

Next I will add the super inspires instead of large and see if I can take down a lvl 52 or even a level 53 AV

If I can't do a lvl 53 or 54 then I will repeat adding 1 temp power or pet at a time to find the minimum temps needed

In that 2 minute battle I tried to not use any attacks except to debuff the AV
Warburg nukes
Envenomed dagger
Flash, which is a placate
Incarnate powers
Void for - damage
Reactive for - res
Orbiting death with - res proc

And buff for me and pets
Running tactics with build up proc
Heal other

I could have spent time getting longbow heavy pet from RV
Or kept my smow beast from winter
Or went villian and got fire imp and a few other
Warburg chem nuke

Its like an everlasting gobstopper

With new changes to PB in 21 you should be able to keep light form perma

But i have a WS that i zone pvp a bit with
With dam/range enhancememt HOs and procs i have some fun
wS attacks have slow and neg rc effect that help if someone tries to 1v1 with you
Switch to dwarf for A heal/mire/stun
Back to nova for kiting

But PB can pack a good burst damage in melee
And their dwarf is better in pvp than ws

I finally figured oit how to make a video of gamr play and post it to youtube

I need to figure out how to adjust the setting so that 0:17 of video is not 1.8 GB of memory
Since the max allowed to download is 2 GB

Actually, i have never seen that many heroes in one place on protector

While you are considering debuffing AV with incarnate powrs i habe chisen tje void judgement for kheldian coolness and the - dam debuff to help keep my pets alive

Also the longbow heavy cataphract has a strong -regen
And the Warworks ACU and battle orb both have a weaker -regen
But i chose the cimerian for the -def in their attack plus the do the most damage of all pets and the surgeon can help heal you and other pets

That would be Emcc and Emcc's Army

This was more science experiment than anything
The question is can it be done
Question 2 is how much does it cost

This can probably be done with any kheld build
But I did do it all in human form so i could keep the befuffs and buffs going full time

It did take less than 90 sec
And as soon as i go earn some more war wolf pets i will try a lvl 54

Then i will experiment and see how few temp power are required
To see how cheaply it can be done

I have enough def to soft cap all attack types with a 33% inspir
But the psychological cushion of the 50% inspir was nice
If i die all pets die
I was kept busy spaming placate temp power, GW and grav emination to try and keep pets alive

But even with amy and cimerian surgeon and my rebirth incarnate and heal other the AV still killed my PPD hardsuit pet and all my fluffies

I am NOT bragging about my uber build or nothing, just showing it can be done

yes I did use EVERY temp pet
and a few warburg nukes
and envenom dagger
and placate power

I figured my Ill rad can melt AV's easy
so why not make my WS into a temp/mini Ill/rad

I am the phantom army thanks to super inspirs of 50% def and 30% res, plus wedding band 30% res, plus eclipse (1 enemy) plus other def

and the temp pets are my pets (duh)

and the incarnate powers and warburg nukes are my RAD debuff powers

melted the lvl 53 AV in a little over a minute

now for the lvl 54

that is after I re-earn all my temp powers (I spent alot practicing on lvl 51 and 52 to get it just right)

oh yes, and the super inspirs cost a few million

I have been on an AV kill build test for a month

I have the reactive T4 25% -res and 75% fire
I wanted the extra damage and with enough attacks the -res would help
I also have the gladiator -res proc in Orbiting death

I am about to post my screen shot after killing a lvl 53 AV
and yes I did use every temp power in the book

Would it work in eclipse
It has and end drain on living enemy
Could it stun them?
